14 years of age. Almost 15.
Bio:
Isabel is the oldest of five siblings, having one sister and three brothers after her. And being the oldest she had a lot of responsibility on her shoulders, especially since her parents split up when she was younger. When Isabel was 11 years of age, she had already learned how to cook, do dishes, laundry, mowing the lawn, and many other things most 11 year old never even thought about. She loved her siblings with all her heart and wouldn't let anything happen to them.
Until the day everything happened. Her brother, Preston, had thrown up the day earlier. But he always would throw up so everyone didn't think much of it. So everyone went to bed and Preston went to his room, who he shared with his other brothers, and slept. But as the night grew long, Preston got sicker and sicker. And then around 3 in the morning, Preston awoke, sicker than he ever was, and bit into his younger brother, Joaquin, who has mild autism and was too shocked to fight back. And then Preston moved onto Desmond, who was only 3 and to young to fight back. Isabel awoke to screams and ran into their room, with her younger sister running to the phone to dial 911.
But it said the line was too busy.
Isabel walked into her brother's room, at the same time as her mother and saw what had happened. Isabel have never seen so much blood. Her mother, to shocked to do anything, left Isabel to stop this. So she walked to the sick person who once was her brother, and stepped on him. She stepped on his head until he died.
Isabel had killed her brother.
They never took care of the bodied, and just left them in the room. And they didn't know that the body would soon release a poisonous gas, which killed Isabel's sister in her sleep. So then after the deaths of four children, Isabel and her mother then decided to leave the house and go to a different place. They traveled around and the world changed around them. As organization became to be real again. Then the Areas where made and they ended up in Area 3.
They went on with life like that for five years and Isabel was 14 now. Then one day her mother wouldn't respond to Isabel anymore. She just stared dead eyed at the wall in front of her. Isabel guessed her mother had given up, to depressed to move on. So Isabel left her mother there.
But to this day, Isabel wasn't so sure that leaving her there was the best thing to do. She should have just killed her mom. But she couldn't.
Because what 14 year old could kill her mom?
Personality:
Before Isabel used to be a bubbly outgoing person. She loved life and always made the best out of it. But now since the apocalypse has happened, she has hardened up. Now she is quiet and collected. It takes her a while to trust someone, but give her time and she can warm up to you.
She thinks through everything, but she can't think when under pressure.
Looks:
Isabel is rather tall for her age, being at 5'9''. She weights around 140lbs now, dropping 20 lbs since everything happened. She has short brown hair, which has tons a layers. She has thick eyebrows and thick hair. Her chocolate eyes are complimented with her long eyelashes. She has a long face with thick lips and a strong jaw line. Her finger nails are all bitten down to the nubs.
Isabel now has scratches around her body. There's two big scratched on her cheek. A cat had attacked her face while Isabel was looking for food.
Area:
Isabel lives in Area 3. She used to live is Area 5, where her original home was. Where the home her 4 siblings were murdered. Her house still stands there to this day, but she tries to avoid that Area because of the sharp pain she feels each time she goes near her house. But if needed, she will go to Area 5. If not? She says around Area 3, sometimes traveling to Area 1 and 2.
Weapons:
When Isabel was younger and this apocalypse was still new, she only used bats, kitchen knives, and garage and garden tools. But as she got older, Isabel realized that she would have to get a REAL weapon and not the small things. So her mother found a bow and arrows in an old abandoned Warehouse, and Isabel taught herself how to use it. She practiced a lot and now she's good at it. She's not perfect at it, but she doesn't suck either. She has a decent bow and 25 arrows.
Other:
Isabel's birthday is in April. April 3 actually.
She's a leftie, and before everything happened, when things like that mattered, Isabel used to love and hate being a leftie.
Isabel is a daydreamer.
She is in love with the idea of being in love. But now everyone's in the post-apocalypse, romance really isn't the first thing people think about.
