Fantasy The Land Of The Rising Sun (OOC Chat)

You know, life isn't hard or cruel to me, for me life is kind of dull and boring. No excitement, little motivation to crawl out of my little hole, and there's too many restrictions. I wonder how long will this last, and if I can get out of it soon.

Life is what you make of it. Shape life, don't let life shape you.
Your day to day is only as boring as you allow it to be. You know, you're the master of your own destiny 'n stuff?

I mean that's why we roleplay, right? Escapism? Dictating the lives of fictional people completely under our absolute control? We're simply here to enjoy ourselves in a place where there are no consequences, no rewards, no danger - and yet we still elicit the same emotions from each other as if we were actually in these situations. It's a phenomenon if anything.

If you're bored and looking for something to do, some people find keeping themselves constantly busy helps. A hobby is a good start, or perhaps video games, or maybe even going to gym more than as a once a week thing. It depends what interests you, right?

(And that is the extent of help I can provide in terms of psychological therapy. Hope it was satisfactory. xD)

Well, thanks. Hmm, maybe it's time to play this game I've been meaning to try.
