I could see it happening. Let's see... when she was ten she got chased out of that village and she could have ended up near the village where Sumire lives, she would have been 19 at that time so already returned from traveling with her mentor. o_o or she could have actually lived in the same village that Bubbles got chased from and gone after her. Sumire's kinda' antisocial but since by that point all of her family was gone (the non-Human ones at least), she might start looking at Bubbles like a little sister.
