The Lab (Maximum Ride RP) Jade Dragon and RedLikeRoses

A short distance of the coast of South Carolina, deep beneath Fort Sumter is a hidden lab where children are experimented on by ITEX. ITEX is using this particular to create the weaponized children. Theresa Baxten is in charge of project Amazons, so she is creating the files of the weapons.

"Alpha-1326 is needed in Building 8, sub level 34, lab 2. Director Baxten wants to improve her sight to see infrared as well as the visible spectrum."


Upon hearing this, Ninja pulled further into the tiny cage. 'Why can't you leave me alone for once? Take those fish people. They never get taken..."


"Alpha 1326. Come along. We are improving your sight more!"

The wolf Hybrid howled in pain as a mystery serum was injected into her veins. The scientists had claimed that it would give her a small "upgrade," but that simple word was enough to terrify her out of her mind. She had seen what happened to the upgraded erasers.. They became Horsemen. However, Redd became no Horesman upon getting injected, in fact, she believed that the needle was just for a small improvement of her strength, ahich would make sense as to how she felt stronger. The scientist that had injected her looked down at her with an even face and said, "A-1728, you're one of the finest Eraser's we've got. It's a good thing you're expiration date hasn't appeared." This scientist was probably the nicest there was, which was saying a lot since three minutes ago the two were fighting with each other to get this needle in Redd's veins.


With that, Redd was allowed to leave the room, where she would report to training in Sub-Level 6, Excersize Room 3. There she would blow some steam with her newfound strength, before reporting back to her cage for a day of boredom. By the time she arrived to her cage, she noticed scientists trying to pull the cat-hybrid out of her cage. Redd honestly pittied the poor thing, but she couldn't let her 'masters' know that. The Eraser looked at the scientist and asked, "Do you need me to remove the specimin from her cage?"

Finn lay on his side in his cage not moving a muscle as he heard the Hybrid he had his back to that was only two cages away refusing to go in for testing. He'd learned that that could end up bad the hard way. His feather runs (the spine spike thingies) stood on end when he heard the signature growly voice of an Eraser. He sat up slightly, enough to get a look at the scene. He was still dizzy from testings that day, so he couldn't fully focus his eyes without his vision going all topsy-turvy and ging him another migraine.

With a glare at her beta in the little pack, Ninja slowed her struggles.


Ninja is pulled from the cage as she sends a heated glare and hiss towards the Homo Lupus.


"Redd, I swear that I'll" is all Redd catches before the door to The Delta room slams shut. Inside the steel hallway, she is tossed into an elevator, and sits in her cornor sulking. Once inside the lab on level 36, she is injected with something, as well as being forced to swallow a pill. The two combined to make her eyes send white hot bullets of pain to her brain making her pass out while being dragged to the room once more.

"Have fun! Tell me what the infrared spectrum thingy looks like when you're done!" Redd laughed aloud. She was pretty good friends with Ninja, but due to the fact that Redd couldn't show signs of liking the other subjects, she had to act like Ninja's presence was the worst thing on the planet. Redd casually leaned up against her cage, as she didn't have to get inside if she didn't want to. Most of the cages were empty with subject out being tested on, she did however see a bird-kid, a few cages down. She peered at him curiously, not even saying a word. Redd had seen him around before, but they weren't that close.

As the pain began to subside, she could feel herself being moved. The sould of the Delta room scanner.


The gasp from the doctors makes Ninja faintly smile, sensing that Redd was out of her cage.


'Hey, Finn...' She sends to him over the pack link. 'Are your wings coming in? If so, we can initiate Plan Omega G.'

(Sorry I didn't check the rp yesterday I had work from 10-4 then ))


Finn took a breath, receiving the message, but making no moves so show that anything had changed. His eyes flicked around the room, he was checking for other nearby erasers besides Redd. He shifted slightly, then slowly sat up. He rolled his shoulders, still getting used to the pains and aches. He glanced over sideways at Ninja, looking her in her can eyes with his oddly yellow owl-y ones. He sent back a message, closing his eyes, 'Almost,' He took a breath, cataloging all of the scientists around them in his brain, searching out their locations by sound, 'You'll have to wait until tomorrow morning at the least.' He opened his eyes, focusing on the white tyle floor in front of him, his eyes looking up only to catch Redd's for a single second before looking down again. He didn't like Erasers all that much.

'Perfect' Ninja thinks, catching the look. With a quick flick to Redd so she understood too. Then, as night fell, she became more alive, the full moon from the window making her glow silver. Then, she disappeared. The camera in the cornor noticed the disaperence and began to blare the alarm, shocking Ninja into reappearing. 'Wonder why the alarm went off. I haven't seen or heard anyone cheering...
