As mentioned in our recruitment thread, whoever plays the Bard needs to take on one of the existing roles as well, which would mean playing the Druid- are you confident about playing both roles?

The bard is a new character you can create from scratch. The male Druid is a character you would be taking over. You can make him your own, as long as you keep the main CS elements pertaining to plot.

For character creation, you just need to follow the outline used in the other CSes. Coding is not required, but I can send you the code we've been using if you want your profile to match up with the rest~

Oh, and if you look at the top of the page you'll see the link to character page. You want to read up on Agathon ( the male druid), and it would be a great idea to look at his sister's CS (Antigone).

If you decide you still want to take these characters, then it would be a great idea to read the rp to get a feel of the plot so far and the character dynamics. We've got 5 pages so far.

Unfortunately I understand very little when it comes to the coding stuff, so forgive me if any submissions seem rather plain. I should ask though, are there any requirements to the character I should follow? Age limits or anything?

The Druid is human, so he has to stay human. The Bard can be human or elf, but I wouldn't recommend making him much older than a century if he's an elf.

I think I remember viloxii saying no older than 50 (human equivalent), and everyone should be adult/young adult. We've got elves, half elves and humans.

I believe I could attempt to pick up where the Agathon character has left off, but from what ive read it seems whoever played him previously already had a kind of theme and backstory planned out for him. I can follow it as best I can, so long as you don't mind if I take a few liberties here and there with his character to try and accurately represent him. Nothing major mind, just maybe a personality tweak or two here. As for the Bard, I'll cobble him together and slot him into the Characters panel for review shortly, though again, you'll have to forgive me if it looks rather plain.

Kash is adorable. The ladies are going to be doing a lot of exasperated sighing and eye rolling with him.

One thing. He looks to be an elf. You might want to read my note here about elven aging and adjust your numbers to reflect it. Vail is 84, which is about the equivalent of 18, physically. If Kash is an elf, than he'd be far too young at 19 (chronogically), but if he was around 90 or so, it would work.

It can actually be quite fun. Elves at this age are this weird combination of typical young adult and wise old elf.

Indeed, though Kash is quite far from anything wise or sagelike, so hopefully no one asks how to save a kingdom or anything. I've adjusted his bio now to reflect his new age, so I hope it works.

DeepBlue Soviet Panda Midnight Paragon Welcome new people- we're thrilled to have you all join us on this adventure! :3 Barring viloxii 's approval, of course, my suggestion would be to have Agathon join the rest of the party at the table, as well as getting up a post for our new, barbarian version of Aevar, and then have the Bard overhearing Vail's little speech and joining them as well, at which point I expect Nimue will deliver the next bit of plot-related prophecy and give our party the first destination towards which they will set out together. Epic quest, here we come! >]
