Starchild
(I'm still figuring this website out, nearly a year after joining it and I haven't done much because this place is confusing. Anyways, I hope this is in the right place.)
Muse A is a princess/prince living in a peaceful kingdom, with no knowledge of the entire other world that exists beyond its borders. Muse A has always had a taste for adventure, and is often bored with mundane kingdom life, so they frequently venture out into the nearby forests in search of some sort of trouble to get into.
One night, Muse A wanders deep within the trees, enjoying the quiet of the dark forest. One of the king’s men finds Muse A to warn them that the kingdom was under attack, and the enemies were not human. They were creatures thought only to exist in fairytales and ancient myths. The rider that came to find Muse A insists they run away, to keepMuse A safe. However, fearing for the lives of their parents and loved ones, Muse A refuses to run, and makes haste back to the castle. Before they are able to reunite with their family, they are captured. Muse B holds the royal child for ransom, taking them back to their own realm, where no person from Muse A’s simple world has ever gone.
Muse B turns out not to be a cruel captor. They treat the heir to the throne with kindness sometimes, other times they’re only civil with their prisoner. They manage to get along fairly well, but it is obvious that Muse A is homesick, and confused as to why their kingdoms are at war. Muse B teaches them the true history of their kingdoms.
Muse B eventually shows compassion, and helps Muse A to escape, promising to keep them from being harmed as long as they don’t run away from them. When they finally returned to Muse A’s home, it is Muse B who is captured. The other kingdom is furious, and the war that was already brewing begins to boil over, for they want Muse B back, if they have to burn the entire other kingdom to the ground to do so.
Can the friendship between Muse A and Muse B survive the war?
I'd strongly prefer to play Muse B here. But I'll make exceptions if my partner would also strongly prefer to play Muse B. This plot is medieval/high fantasy. But yeah I'm just looking for a partner to do this game with, I think it'd be pretty rad. I only play dudes myself. I don't mind if my partner plays a female or a male for the other role.
I don't want romance to be the driving force of this plot, as focusing too hard on making love happen sometimes takes away from the fun, but if it happens, it happens.
I'd rather use real pictures for face claims, or descriptions.
Aaand, yeah, if I could find someone fairly literate to do this with, that'd be great
I have more plots I'll probably post soon, too.
