Biography: A highly advanced android made by Professor Hakase Habara to obtain what she calls 'ultimate singularity'. As the name implies, this particular U.S.A.G.I is the 48th attempt. No particular objective instilled except a very loosely defined 'helping humanity' as the ultimate goal.

Personality: Kestis is someone who finds it incredibly difficult to connect to others. Having spent most of his life as a shut-in has greatly stunted his mental growth and deprived him of basic socialization skills. He doesn't know how to talk to people and holding a conversation about things he finds uninteresting is hard. Kestis can also come across as rude and offensive because of his lack of social graces. When talking about his interests, Kestis will open up and gush like a child. Kestis dislikes conflict and will avoid things that look troublesome like the plague. However, when his interests are mocked or his friends hurt, Kestis may go ballistic. Deep down, Kestis wants to be loved. Kestis also suffers from an inferiority complex and abandonment issues. This is due to his mother always being busy with work, his brother moving away and his sister looking down on him.

Biography: Kestis Aurier Advantage was born as the youngest child of General Reina Brunhilde Advantage. No one knows who the father of these children is, but they all have vague memories of a loving and affectionate father. General Reina was in charge of the entire military on Tendou Island, an artificial landmass that continually moved throughout the ocean. From a young age, the Advantage children were left mostly to their own devices. Dimitri was the oldest and he did his best to take care of Karen and Kestis. Kestis was a shy and reserved child who enjoyed quietly playing by himself. His twin sister Karen would always break his toys and belittle him. When the two were in elementary school, the twins were tested for magical aptitude. Karen was discovered to be a rare Rank SS Mage while the tools at the time couldn't properly measure Kestis. This led to Karen's ego growing and her abuse of Kestis to increase. Dimitri, who was only a Rank S would do his best to pacify her but she always made sure to get Kestis when he wasn't looking. Eventually Dimitri fell in with bad crowd and joined a criminal syndicate. This left Karen to use her newfound magic to hurt and humiliate her twin brother to her hearts content. The absence of his mother, abandonment by his brother and abuse by his sister led Kestis to renounce the outside world and become a shut in. Nowadays Reina retains her position as General, Dimitri has become a Private Detective in America and Karen has gained a high ranking position in the Magic Knights as an S Rank Officer. Kestis now spends his days as a NEET, doing nothing but internet browsing and conversing with non-existent two dimensional women.

Personality: Beta is a cold and analytic robot. He isn't the best at establishing relations with others, as the only human he ever kept a relation with was his creator before he decided to leave the evil doctor. He is distrusting and sometimes a bit paranoic, worrying that anyone or anything could be after him, which is natural after all the years he's been persecuted by the doctor and his robots. Cold as ice, Beta hides a warm core inside him that only manifests once someone earns his trust.

Biography: A.M.U.P-002, commonly referred to as Beta, is a technologically advanced robot created by the evil Dr. Botowski, who created him and the rest of the AMUP (Android Military Unit Prototype) series with the purpose of using them to take over the world. However, things didn't ho as the evil doctor intended. Beta turned against Dr. Botowski, and eventually fleed from the mad scientist's base, out to live his own life anyway he wants. However, Dr. Botowski isn't glad about this, so he has sent the other two robots in the series, Alpha (Beta's predecessor) and Gamma (Beta's successor) to search and destroy him. Due to this, Beta has developed a pretty aggressive and distrusting behavior, and he's willing to shoot at anything he considers a threat.

-Laser shots: His right arm can be used as a laser gun.
-Hovering: He has a jet booster on his back that can be used to hover in the air.
-Fast mobilization: Beta can change into "Wheel Mode", having wheels pop up from his feet. This is useful for fast travel.
-Metallic Body: His body is made of a very resistant metal alloy, meaning that he has high defense, and can take quite some damage. However he is very vulnerable to electricity and acid.
-Computerized Analysis: Beta has the ability to quickly analyze his surroundings, and the objects and people around him. This allows him to see potential dangers nearby, or find possible escape routes, or visible physical weaknesses he can exploit.

Personality: Peter is a confident and tough sailor that's lived most of his life on the high seas. He's fearless and won't back down from any dangers that get in the way, though sometimes this fearlessness can get him into some serious predicaments. Peter is very greedy when it comes to money. In fact, Peter's willing to do just about anything to get some coins or a hidden treasure. That being said, he's not one to lie, and will always speak the truth no matter what. He doesn't fear what people may think, and just enjoys living his adventurous and fearless life in search for treasures and riches. It's needless to say he's a kleptomaniac, stealing items whenever he gets the chance to.

Biography: Peter Jones is the son of David Jones, the captain of an infamous crew of pirates that inspired fear and terror across the seven seas. His father taught him everything he knows. However, once Peter was old enough, he decided to set off on his own, to live his own adventures and get rich. So he stole some of his dad's treasures, and went to start his own life as a tough and greedy sailor. And he's kept it that way ever since.

Skills:
-Super Strength: Peter is very strong, being able to lift heavy objects with little to no effort. This comes from a magical enchantment his grandfather received, and has been passed down from him to Peter's father, and then to Peter.
-Wind Manipulation: Peter has his own magic tricks up his sleeves. His most known one is his ability to manipulate the winds around him, being able to cause treacherous storms when at sea. On land it's still helpful though.
-Aquatic Army: Peter's other magic skill is the ability to summon all sorts of sea creatures to aid him in battle, though this requires him to be in an area where sea creatures live.
-Swimming: Peter is an unsuprisingly good swimmer, which makes sense, as his father is a sailor, and his mother was a mermaid.

Magic: The super strength ability was passed down from his grandfather all the way to Peter. As for the wind manipulation, that's a spell he learned from a mage he met. He paid the mage to teach him the spell. As for the sea creatures' skill, this is passed from his mother, who was a mermaid.

Gear: He has a sturdy muscular build, along with a peg leg, a silver sword that used to belong to his grandfather, and a golden belt.

Personality: Juliet is a shy introvert who prefers to spend most of her time alone. She's socially awkward and has trouble making friends. However, despite being shy and introverted, and seeming cold, she's actually very kind and caring, though that side of her only manifests once she opens up to someone. She can be easily frightened, but when she builds up her courage, she can overcome pretty difficult challenges, given her willpower and inner strength.

Biography: Juliet was born with the ability to freeze things around her and control ice and snow. However, being so young, she was unable to control her abilities, so she was afraid of hurting someone. Unfortunately, that fear came true when in a burst of emotions, she accidentally froze the entire house, with her mother inside. Since then Juliet decided to go live far away on her own, inside a castle made of ice. She's tried her best to stay away from everyone else, since she doesn't want to hurt anyone. She was eventually forced to leave her isolated icy prison when a couple of killer robots broke into the place. She wish she could open up to people, but she really struggles to do so.

Skills:
-Ice Powers: She controls the ice element, and can perform all sorts of spells with the ice element. Freezing things around her, creating cold winds, summoning ice, and much more. She is also immune to ice attacks or cold herself, but is extremely vulnerable to heat.

Magic: Juliet never received any formal training. She was born with the ability to control ice, possibly thanks to her mother who was a mage. Her powers have developed since then, and during her years alone she's gained much better control over them.

Personality: Extremely cheeky and comical, Jeremiah is a casual and laid-back officer within the Mage-Knight military. While he knows to maintain some level of seriousness when on the job, outside of work he will turn anything and everything into a sexual joke. When he's not shamelessly flirting, he's making terrible puns and poorly timed jokes. Despite his off-putting humor, Jeremiah has a sweet and caring side to him, one that makes him fiercely loyal to those he cares about.



Biography: Jeremiah Fairborn has a complex history. His father worked in the Mage-Knight military as a well renowned Elven Sorcerer who had a high aptitude for magic. During his tenure in the military, Jeremiah's father led a campaign against a vampire syndicate that had been preying on young women and children. It was then that he met a frail and weak human woman that had been ravaged by the vampires; who appeared to be suffering from immense blood loss. Strong in healing magic, the Sorcerer quickly restored the woman. When life colored her cheeks, the Elven man fell in love with the sight of the woman. It was to no one's surprise that the woman took a liking to her rescuer, who happened to visit her daily during her recoveries. Eventually, they married and she brought forth Jeremiah into this world.



Things began to spiral downward from there. It was unknown at the time, but the Elven man had contracted a vampire disease while healing the woman. It was slowly depleting his life over time, gradually allowing him to weaken; both in body and in mind. He ultimately went mad, and was soon thrown out of the military. Eventually the woman left the Elven madman, and took the young boy to raise him herself. The Elven man escaped society and was never seen nor heard from again, and Jeremiah wound up growing without knowing much of his father. However, he was continually reminded of how revered his father was while following his footsteps within the military.



Growing up as a kid, Jeremiah had a hard time living under the shadow of his father. Conversely, he also had very good connections due to his father's accolades, and thus became quite popular while in school. One day, him and his mother were invited to the Island Founder's mansion to receive his father's awards in his stead. There, Jeremiah met a young and friendly girl who would become his best friend for life. She nicknamed him "Jeremy", and participated in everything he was involved in; as they seldom were ever apart. Rumors spread around school as to whether or not the were a couple, but it was quickly dismissed.



Eventually as Jeremiah aged into a young man, he had fallen in love with a girl in his class. Finally mustering up the courage to confess, he was brutally rejected and humiliated. His best friend tried to comfort him, but she was unable to keep him from tears. It was then that Jeremiah decided to never take love or girls seriously again.



After graduating, Jeremiah managed to turn heads as he quickly advanced within the military. He is currently an officer as of this time.



Skills: Stellar flirtation, quick-witted, fantastic at Poker and can eat five bowls of cereal in one sitting.

Personality:
Despite being born on the same day and both are inseparable from one another. The twin's personalities are different from each other. Fritz is the flamboyant, sly and naturally a social butterfly. Always sticking his nose on something that he isn't supposed to be involved in the first place. A chaotic mischief maker of society, a risk taker, the one who just can't shut up as his twin brother describes. Fritz's way of speech is always the confident chill type of character. Hardly reacts to anything except for his signature mischief grin and raised eyebrows. He is often doubted for his attitude because of it's destructive effects like getting into unnecessary fights, vaguely explained motives and half truth lies. Not even his twin brother can't predict his behavior despite their observation and life long exposure to Fritz. Although everything he does is always for the good cause as his twin puts it.

Friedrich on the other hand is the well-reserved, observant and wiser. Unlike his brother. He is not much of a talker and often observes on the side lines. He thinks on the bigger perspective and always careful of of many things as his Fritz describes. He cannot be compared as lesser to his twin as he is just as smart and cunning as he is. He just has his own way of things. He always one step ahead of things. He likes to keep things organized from his looks to his thoughts. He comes off strange and anti social because of his attitude sometimes labelled as the cold one as his stares are always the blankest as if he was more machine than flesh. But despite his blank exterior he just as chaotic as his twin. It just so happen that his twin is always the blame than his.

What both do have in comparison is there emotional compassion towards another person. Both can agree that they can feel for another person and tell what's appropriate and what is not. Both is just as equally smart, both are unpredicatble and they are both twins.

Biography:
While no official records of their origins are found. They claimed that they were lab rats of a secret research team that are not willing to give out the name. In fact there are no official government records of these two. No birth certificates, no home addresses, no I.D's of any kind. In society their identities don't exist. But these twins were suspected to have been targeting armored trucks for banks, participating in small casinos and rigging an illegal underground boxing ring. Whatever these two came from. They could be a hybrid experiment gone rogue.

Skills:
Street magicians- Be careful of what these two are going to pull out of their sleeves. A skill achieved within their human years. Both have managed learn to deceive the senses of others through magic tricks that can be pulled to their advantage and goes hand to hand with their vampire blood. Illya can be a rather nice person and has a high tolerance for the silly, unless it is jeremy in which case she seems to have no tolerance and often much to her annoyance has to keep him in line. Illya despite being perhaps the richest girl on the island doesn't really act like it rarely showing off her money unless you know what to look for. She loves games and wargaming having become a great painter from having made so many armies. No matter what she does illya tends to drag Jeremy along with her often right after dragging him away from some girl.

Biography:
Illya is the daughter of the founders and owners of the artificial island everyone lives on thus meaning her upbringing has been one where she has never known want. Her parents do say they lucked out as despite having nearly endless money Illya has never shown the normal spoiled mentality of her peers. Still life has had other issues for someone like her namely in threats of kidnapping, lack of time with parents, and lack of real friends. Illya like anyone in her position had plenty of hanger ons and other well off acquaintances, but she either felt used or just didn't connect. One day when she was young her father would meet with the wife of a knight and his son and she would meet Jeremy as she nicknamed him, her first real friend, someone who didn't care about her status or try to act like a big deal.

illya would use this as her way into a more normal life, or well one outside the boring upper class life. She would even end up in the same school as Jeremy with many not believing who she was and even implying she was dating jeremy. That wasn't true despite Illya actually kind of wanting it to be so, but love was a subject she didn't really bring up. There was also the fact Jeremy had his eyes on another girl, one who broke his heart and messed Jeremy up big time. That girl mysteriously withdrew from school a few weeks latter and no one knows what happened to her. In the end illya became something of Jeremy's keeper and dragged him about with her or stopped him advances on other girls.

Skills: she is an expert gamer and wargamer she can paint and alter models. Most of her skills are based in her hobbies though she can make silk and climb walls.

Biography:
Akira has an alternate personality in the form of an obsessive succubus. Akira was used as a vessel to contain Momo at a young age. Akira was always known to be so sweet to everyone while Momo was obsessed with finding a lover, killing anyone who got in her way. That was many years ago, Akira has lived centuries, maybe an Eon, she has lost track. It is all because Momo keeps her eternal. While Akira is human and Momo is a demon, It has shown up on any detection method that they are human. Being disgraced from her village after having a body count of 25 (Maybe more) she was expelled from the village and has been wandering the lands since. Occasionally letting Momo get her rage out.

Skills:
While no real physical change occurs during takeover, her eyes do glow red.

If Akira dies, Momo will gain control of all aspects of Akira and herself.

Akira has been able to siphon Momo's demonic magic into her own body and soul. She is able to heal others while at the same time crush another's very soul. She has control over fire as well.
Momo, having her magic being stolen, had put what little she had into an eternal knife. This knife will never rust, and is cleaner the more blood that rests on it. It also hurts WAY more than a normal knife

While Akira is in control, she is powerful with magic but weak in defense. She is more of a glass cannon.
Momo is a tank, dealing damage with her knife while demonic energy protects her body.

This restive nature is why people tend to stay away from her then, telling people who’re about to work with to not hesitate and just run.
When out of work modus, she is cheerful and straight-forward. She is very opinionated and usually speaks her mind. She can get very enthusiastic about things that catch her eye and if there is something that even remotely interests her, she will instantly act upon and pursue those feelings.

Yuu was born into an average family household, well maybe not so average due to the size of it. And that she was actually adopted. Because of that fact, she felt the need to prove herself to be of use for the family even more. She didn’t want to be left behind after all now that people actually wanted her. Once she became the age to actually start working, she did so. Taking on all kinds of jobs which earned her quite some skills, bringing in money so her family could afford a bit more food. It went well for a longer period of time but the taxes became higher and it became difficult to take care of everyone. Knowing that, she started doing more tasking jobs but she also earned more. Learning her affinity for magic along the way which was quite the help ! One of the employees noticed her subtle use of her talent and recommended for her to go one of the mages who could help her out into controlling it even better. Little did she know that because of this, she would become a bounty hunter. And a pretty successful one at that. The only minor was that she really hated working with authority.

Personality: Eve is cheerful and bubbly she cares about everyone and everything but she also is also an airhead in social situations. Her unfamiliarity with human emotions can cause her to fall on the outside of jokes and she has trouble deciphering deeper emotions such as love, jealousy or rage. She tends to put herself in bad situations usually because of her lack of common sense in social settings, but where she lacks in social skill she more than makes up for in combat and book smarts! Previously a guardian angel her physical combat skills are hard to surpass and her battle strategies are second to none! While she is a skilled fighter with her wings and divine weapon, in her more human form she is a complete clutching.
Biography: Eve resides in heaven as a guardian angel and protected select humans from malicious demons, or dangerous situations. Anytime one of her people got lucky and barely escape a deadly situation, she usually had some kind of influence over it. She came to earth for an important reason but she can’t remember what it is, so for now she’s going with the flow while trying to guess what her purpose is.

Varen is a quiet individual who values hard work and competent handling of situations. He seems blunt and to the point in many situations, and he can treat problems as simple stratagems to overcome. He is known for his ruthlessness when provoked, oftentimes frightening many others. Furthermore, he can show an astounding degree of cynicism and pessimism. All in all, Varen is an individual who has devoted his entire life to the pursuit of magic and working to prove himself to others.

...Yet despite these harsh characteristics, Varen does have some redeeming features. His sense of honor is impeccable, as is his sense of duty. When someone he calls friend is in danger, they can be certain that he'll come to their aid. ...Even if it can result in complaints and witty remarks. Do not mistake this grumbling attitude for unwillingness, however. Varen is loyal- it is one of his core traits. Furthermore, he has a rigid sense of right and wrong; one could call him a paragon of justice, if not for his ruthlessness.

One might say that Varen has very little outside of work. His life is work. The few times he has been in social situations has proven most... uncomfortable for him. His attitude hasn't made any friends, his incredible seeming shyness with girls hasn't won him any dates, his dedication has left him alone.

That being said, he’s still a guy. He’ll ogle a pretty girl; and unfortunately, he’s not the subtlest. Thankfully, he still has some subtlety. Another redeeming factor is the fact that he takes a chivalrous view. Hypocritical? Probably. But if he sees a girl- anyone, but he makes a small show out with girls- in trouble, he’ll sally forth to help them. And defend their honor. All the while while staring at them. Yeah. Told you he’s still a guy.

One more thing. Varen is a self-perfectionist. If he does something wrong-- and he’ll find something wrong, that is a guarantee- he’ll obsess over that detail until he gets it right.



Biography:
Varen was born to a pair of, well, human parents. The thing is? His family used to be a prominent magical family, nobility in the arcane, one might say. That was, until his grandfather on his father’s side messed everything up.

Varen still doesn’t know what caused his family’s fall from grace. All he knows is that it involved something horrible. And he suspects it was something...reality altering. At least, that’s what he suspects from the hints from his father. But, enough about his grandfather. All that matters to Varen at the moment is the fact his family was now nothing but vermin in the eyes of the other mages.

Varen’s father was very aware of that. And he was aware that he would never redeem the family name. So, instead, he worked so that his children could do so; that they could have a better life than he had. Varen never saw his father at the house much when he was young. He was constantly working. Instead, he played with his older brother and his younger sister.

Enter Antellion, two years older than Varen, and Gwendolynn, four years younger. His best friends, his family, his life. At least, for a nine-year old. Antellion, although annoying, always encouraged his little brother to work his hardest, to outthink the situation, and to help him in his schemes. Gwendolynn? Varen was her idol. After all, Varen would be attending the prestigious Magi’s Academy in Oxford, England! A distant dream that no one really thought would happen, if it wasn’t for Varen’s father. They were all celebrating that night.

Then the fire happened.

Varen really doesn’t remember much. It was all hazy. Or maybe he blocked out the memories. Either way, in the aftermath, Varen’s uncle- on his father’s side- took up raising Varen until he was ten. Then he sent him off to the academy. ...Well, he also gave Jeremiah a clockwork/animus fox familiar pet-like thing. Just...consider a steampunk fox shell, and then putting a fox’s spirit inside of it.

It was blood, sweat, tears every step of the way. His name besmirched and almost no family to go to. (not to mention people making Harry Potter jokes at him- he’ll kill anyone who makes a Harry Potter joke at him now.) Yet, in the end, he proved them all wrong. Top of his class. No demerits. A perfect record- and a perfect score. A first in the academy. All because Varen spent his life studying and preparing for magic. Sure, the proms and the weekends got lonely at times, but Varen always had work to do. Some flaw he had to address. Some job he had to do. Something to occupy his mind. All that work paid off at eighteen, when he was valedictorian of his class.

Not even a month after, Varen threw himself to working for the Mage’s Association. There, he perfected his field craft, impressing- and worrying- many of his superiors. Yet Varen is dedicated to one thing: redeeming and taking back the life he knew he should’ve had. For Gwendolynn and Antellion’s sake. For his mother and father.



Skills:
Cooking- Varen is actually a surprisingly good cook. Sure, he had lots of practice, but it’s enough to surprise a person.

Singing- Don’t ask. He’s good at singing; he has a high baritone/low tenor voice. Don’t ask: you might get slightly burned.

Arcane craft- Varen spent eight years rigorously studying all types of magic, and three more discovering more. He is knowledgeable about magic in general.

Chess- Varen loves outsmarting people. He can get ruthless about it too.

Warhammer 40K- ...Don’t judge him.

Engineering- While he’s good at typical engineering, his passion lies with the steampunk aspects of it. The cogs, gears, pipes, and the lot.

Morse code- Varen needs to talk to his familiar somehow, doesn’t he?

Combat- He’s good with a staff, yeah. And a spear. And a scythe, his signature weapon. Let’s not forget swords, shall we? Chakrams? You get the point.

Magic:
He’s good at all the formal schools of magic, but he focuses on Transmutation and Conjuration… at the expense of Enchantment. He’s… average, at Enchantment.
Furthermore, he has tattooed magical runes onto his skin. They are his ‘emergency spells.’ As implied, he doesn’t use these powerful spells unless needed.
Varen’s magical affinity rank is SS.

Gear:
Vial of black mercury- Varen just knows he got it from his dad. His dad was pretty vague about it. In any case, he uses it to form many of his weapons. The vial is magically enchanted so that it’s pretty resistant to all types of damage, and it holds far more mercury than expected.

Handwatch- gifted to him by his greatest mentor, Archmage Tallenor. Has faint traces of the magical on it, though Varen has yet to figure out what it is..

Ioun gems- He has multiple of these. Let’s see here… Two embedded in the back of his hand, one for each of his fingers, two that orbit him… Yes. He has a lot of them. These gems help provide extra magical power and/or mana.

Cloak of Gallium- a complicated fusion of magic and tech, this is quite literally a cloak made from fabric metal. The metal? Gallium, a highly mutable and morphic metal. This essentially allows Varen to change his clothes to something more suitable to the circumstances; however, if he needs to go more armored, he relies on something else to supplement this…
Vial of Molten Titanium- very much like the vial of Black Mercury. However, Varen is far more certain of this characteristics. Namely, he can form armor pieces with this if necessary. He can melt and cool the metal very quickly upon releasing it from the vial. The vial itself is very much like the vial that holds the Mercury, if a bit more modern in make.

Ring of Antimony- A clawed ring, Varen recovered this from a rogue magi, and decided to keep it ever since. It allows him to temporarily create an antimagic field that prevents anyone from casting spells, and from magic from working. However, the user can still cast spells, and only their spells work in the field. Furthermore, it is an excellent weapon.
