Cosmin was not nearly as graceful as Silas, and she probably never would be, but him being a distractor gave her a pretty clear shot to Faris despite the few things she needed to avoid. She was, however, hit across the face with a flying book, forcing her to stumble. If she wanted to get a visceral attack on him that chance was gone now, but she was close enough that she definitely got in one good swipe across his back
