Welcome too the Hunger Games!
Don’t know what the Hunger Games are? Well, luckily for you there is only one rule: Kill or be killed. It is the survival of the fittest, a battle of life and death. And there can only be one winner. Will it be you?
So, here is how the game works:
So, here is how the game works:
- We travel to the 12 districts one-by-one and randomly pick out a girl and a boy between the ages of 11 and 18. This person will be the Tribute, or the person who takes part in the game. On certain occasions, another person may not want that particular person to take part, so they can then volunteer as Tribute and take their place. Of course, they must be the same gender.
- Once the Tributes have been elected, they will travel to the Capitol where they will stay until the games begin. When they are there, they will attend various events and train for the games. They can also collect sponsors, which gives them supplies.
- Once the games begin, it is downright battle. You either kill or be killed. We start of the games by taking the Tributes to the center of the arena. They all have their own pod, which they must stay on until it is time to begin. If they don’t, well, you’ll see… In the middle of the circle of podiums there is the Cornucopia. There the Tributes can get food, water and weapons. Around the edge of the clearing is a forest, where most of the battles will take place.
- The aim of the game is too stay alive. There can only be one winner, which means 23 people will die...
