Also, I believe @Trace requested we consider a timeline for when everyone moved in to the house, which I think is a splendid idea - it'll let us know which characters have had more or less time together.


I shall start: Linus moved in when he was a freshman (at age 18). He's been in the house for 2 years and was indeed present for @KaoriMei's character's scandalous debacle. O_O

I love that actually, it’s hilarious – also maybe the running joke is no one remembers how to correctly pronounce his name haha idk sorry Cyril Whether he responds to that, though… xDD Sorry, though, Cyril's going to continue doing his thing, whether she likes it or not.


@Pluvious I think Cyril can identify with the desire for normalcy, especially because of his mindset of “the whole slingshot love thing is just my all-the-time job.” Cyril has a lot of human connections but it’d be nice to have someone from the house who he can have a similar type of relationship as the guys he meets at the gym or just around school. And yes, welcome to the roof kingdom, Linus. You are one of the elite and few.

Ok, finished with the relationships! Let me just say that after reading about all of your lovely characters, I love them all to death. Ya'll are amazing. And also, sorry if I ever come across as rude at points, or if I misinterpreted something, and if there's anything that you don't think works or if any of you have better ideas, let me know.


I apologize, I'm very long-winded, but here you go!


@Annabella I feel like Justin would have no complaints about Bip. He would respect her well-mannered nature and her affinity for order, and he'd feel slightly more comfortable about being open with her than most, if she felt that he was someone she could get along with. He also feels a bit sorry for her, because even he couldn't imagine what it must be like to constantly have to search for a sign that you're even alive.


@AlwaysYours I know that Jonathan is new and everything, but in the future, although I can see him getting irritated over all of the ruined kitchen equipment, they could probably get along alright. Justin might get on his nerves over the "no respect for other people's personal possessions" thing, but then again, since Jonathan is a generally orderly guy, that might not be such a problem. Also, he feels for him over the whole sometimes wishing you were mortal deal. I could see them having the occasional friendly conversation.


@KaoriMei Allllright so. He would hate the nicknames. And the mess. And he would probably constantly feel the impulse to pick up after her. But I also think that he sees that Erin's had a rough past and isn't a bad person at heart. And despite having a distaste for rudeness, he'd find her sarcastic tendencies to be oddly intriguing (honestly I don't even know why I feel this way.) Maybe he'd even start to take on an older-brother approach when it came to her. Depends on what you think, though.


@Trace Early bird buddies? Sure, the blender would annoy him, but he wouldn't so much mind the protein shakes replacing a lot of the things in the fridge. He'd probably also be totally astounded by how selfless Cyril is and how dedicated he is to his job, despite the fact that he has some qualms about it. I can see him as being one of the only people that Justin would actually be able to tolerate, or maybe even enjoy, spending prolonged periods of time with. Maybe they could talk about how messy some of their roommates are, or being total failures when it comes to relationships (not to be rude.) But again, totally up to you.


@Pluvious Another early riser! xD Between Justin and Linus, I feel like it would be a race to see who could reach the bathroom in the morning, seeing as they both take obscene amounts of time to beautify themselves. Other than that, I don't exactly see them as being entirely close, but he would definitely respect Linus. And for some reason my brain just shut down, so if you have anything to add, or even a totally different idea that you think would work, I would love to hear it.
