This rp takes place where they’re is certain people that have powers and the government (or whoever) is taking and capturing these people because they are said to be ’dangerous‘ but they really just want to try and control them. Some they are able to take full control over- these people are then stuck unable to ever escape. Some they can take part control over- which means there is a chance they can escape, BUT if they do escape there is a chance they could still control them from wherever they are having them turn against their friend/allies. Of course there is a way for them to get out of it and regain freedom. And the last people are the ones they can’t take control over- this means when they escape they are labeled ‘wanted’ and ’extreamly dangerous’. These people must stay in hiding.
