Willing to volunteer but they aren't ALLOWED to know which kids are here, where the island is or about any Hidden secrets. But they weren't forced to come here. But the Hidden are called Hidden for a reason. Guarding the secret is so important that those who risk exposing their clan are often put to death if they aren't "important" enough.

Yeah I kinda dig this it really adds a sense of danger and alien morality to the school.
Like it's one thing when some guy comes up and says OH MAN THIS SCHOOL IS SUPER DANGEROUS YOU GUYS, but like, when you walk into the nurse's office and there's just some dude with alzheimers chained to the wall in there for emergency transfusions? That's how you know it's serious.

They find normal human blood bank donors and vet them, screen then, build a connection like a company, seeing if they would like to donate to a private party in need of their specific blood type. Then they start telling them about how they will be donating and WHO they will be donating for. And also how much money they can get, those who freak out are wiped clean of any knowledge and those who still want to continue are brought to the island, donate to the students, and are then wiped clean and sent home It is so the kids don't feed on each other because the last time vampires accidentally killed some other clan members the war was very very taxing on many many lives.

This also allows the students not to feel ANY pressure to donate or feed some of their fellow classmates.

They feed on the same people but in a different way. They take a little life essence from the donors. Take too much and the donor can die so they are only allowed a little bit at a time. And Succubi and Incubi need a little bit but they don't need a lot. They usually only take a lot if they are trying to regain youth or greater power for a short period of time. The donors are told they will be donating their blood and a little energy to the students. But they are kept in the dark that by "energy" they do mean life force. But Hiddens who are in power usually have little regard for human rights and so they see this as well... "humane".

They get "contracts" and are paid but the contracts vanish and so do any memories of any interactions with the Hidden once they are sent back. They just think they won a contest and got a free weekend away. They are fitted with fake memories of said weekend.

The Hidden use the witches a lot to cover their tracks. They would also use Genies to pay humans off or grant their own wishes that a particular human knew nothing about them. But now that they are there own clan, the Genies hardly ever grant any other clan wishes except for those who they are trying to ally with.

If a Human dies, little is done unless you exposed Hidden culture publically. Some slaps on the wrists or probation or restricted uses of magic.
If you kill another clan member, isolation, banishment, bars on your magic, death if you weren't that important and if it wasn't in war or with a rival clan.
If you kill a fellow clan member, death. Unless you are very very very powerful and well connected, then sometimes just banishment, lockdown, and the removal of all your magic.

Since the witches have the most variety on magic and the largest clan, they are used as a sort of Hidden community clean up crew.
