She walked to the small kitchen and threw together a small snack tray with what she had. "Uhm... do you want anything to drink?"

Gaige looked at her "Oh not i'm fine thank you" he said.

She set the snack tray in front of him. "would you like me to play some music? I-I dont have a tv, but I've got a stereo."

 

[Kera]

Gaige shook his head "No I'm fine thank you though" he said flashing a small smile

She sat awkwardly in the chair across from him. "Sorry... I don't get visitors..."

Gaige looked at her "That's fine neither do i" he said.

She fiddled with her skirt.

Gaige looked around admiring the decor of the apartment "it's a nice setup" he said.

"Thanks," she whispered. "I guess people like the minimalistic look..."

Gaige looked around "I try to make my place look nice it looks decent i suppose but i plan on changing it up again" he said.

"Good luck with that... Your place is so big, it must take a really long time..."

Gaige looked around "Does this place get lonely once in awhile?" he asked.

 

[No More Pretending]

"Just about every day..." she murmured. "But I really don't have anyone to talk to, much less invite over."

 

[Kera]

Gaige nodded "I can relate as I don't have anyone myself my family is all long gone" he said.

She gave a small laugh. "yeah... mine too."

 

[Kera]

Gaige thought for a moment "I've been by myself since i was 13" he said.

"I'm sorry to hear that."

 

[Kera]

Gaige nodded "It's not big deal for me know though I've somewhat settled on the fact i'll be alone for the rest of my life" he said.

"You know... maybe we could be alone...together?"

 

[Kera]

Gaige looked at her quizzically "Alone together?" he asked.

 

[No More Pretending]

"Why should we both just be alone when we have each other?"

 

[Kera]

Gaige still wasn't following "I'm still not following" he said.

"I-I'm saying that... I want to be with you, rathe than alone. So you don't have to be alone if you don't want to be..."

Gaige looked at her "We hardly know each other though" he said.

She came closer. "we can learn..."
