Iva looked around at the darkness of the world lost and confused, "hello." She called out wondering if she is alone or if there are others like her. "Hello," she cried out once more. She had a strange felling that she couldn't be alone, that there must be others like her in this strange barren waste land. As far as she could see was nothingness. Iva could feel a strange strength running through her being, and she had an urge to do some thing with it but what? If there were others then they might be able to help her, maybe they could work together.

It tumbled into the void, a place with neither space nor time. There was absolutely nothing, for some reason this seemed wrong to the being. It did not know what was it that frustrated it so, having had no experience with anything except nothing, but this void outside time was abhorrent to it. Then it felt something, and it rejoiced. The very idea that there was a something to sense was enough to light a fire in the being's core. A fire that burned with increasing strength. Now the being had a concept of the passing of the void. Before the kindling of the fire, and after. And with that feeling came an idea, the concept of a future.

Now armed with a sense of time, the being reached out to the sparks that had ignited the flame.

Nothing, everything, time passed, yet it didn't pass. The void was empty yet it was not in it was nothing and everything. Time passed and a goddess to govern its flow was born and with here there came magic, and knowledge Qan'cath was born. in an instant the future flooded her visions, and the secrets of the void were known to her. She saw what would be made, yet knew it could also not be made options where always open "truth" and "fiction" where known to her, yet she did not see all things, she saw much of the future but the others the fuzzy beings she saw governing other parts of this world. That meant there was always uncertainty and she realized that. Well this just meant that things would be interesting knowing all things would get boring with nothing new to learn, still she did see the world they would make, but not what it would be she simply knew it would be. Soon there would be others and the plans to make a world drawn up and already she was making plans for her work on this world.

Zaddik looked at the void and darkness. Nothing but silence and emptiness. What is the use of him being a god of order and justice and prosperity, if their is nothing to keep balance, judge, and make prosperous? If he was going to do something great, he was going to need help. But, he didn't want to ask the other gods for help with this, because he wanted all of the credit for this masterpiece. But cooperation maybe the only choice to make whatever they planning to do work. Zaddik felt and noticed the chemical elements all around the empty space, all different kinds. He didn't like the fact hat they were all scattered abroad everywhere, not in uniform, there was no order. He couldn't stand for this so he decided to gather some of the different chemical elements and he group them together to make them organized and uniform, as he stood for things to be in order. Suddenly, he created something amazing, the chemical elements he put together made a chemical compound and formed a clear, fluid, sustainable and a necessity for life. It was water, made up of one oxygen and two hydrogen (H2O).

Nothingness suffused the darkness. Not a single other being. For so long, he had been alone in the endless blackness, only left to dream of the every possible form of creation. Structures that would take up universes and forms of art that spanned eons, yet for all of it, he was still alone in the void, without form or reason. Thought was not something he was blessed with, his mind only made up of the infinite possibilities of creation, yet it started to change. A consciousness began to form not like any that would exist again. The infinite ideas and plans of creation began to arrange themselves, slowly forming into thoughts. For the first time, the being looked at the void from its shapeless form and felt that it needed to create. In fact, it was the first time it could feel anything at all. The need to create contrasted with the nothingness of the universe, building up within the being's non-body until it could not stand it anymore and for the first time since the dawn of the void, light replaced dark.

"I am Creation! I am the being that will embody everything that will be shaped, built, and birthed! I am Bara!" The words echoed throughout the endlessness of the void, the voice itself both booming and soft. The light that suffused the void quickly shrank back in, pulling itself together and condensing into to form endless gears upon gears. What light was left became the stars of the universe. Countless numbers of balls of light orbiting each other in a harmonious, yet chaotic dance only possible by a being whose thoughts were made of creation. Bara, god of creation, had come into being.

" Show off" Was what Qan'cath thought of Bara, she really hoped he would not talk like that all the time it was a bit self important. She knew Bara was important, but still the way of speaking did leave something to be desired. Still this meant the great work could start and knowledge could be made. She knew the shape the work would take and the shape of the realm and lands she woudl create already, yet they constantly shifted she could never truly certain what was the true vision until she made it for the future was not truly set, yet there was a preferred option a path that lead to the best outcome, but it was not without uncertainty many steps were missing and many more were for the mortals yet to come to tread.

" I had started to wonder when you would show up Bara, I already know what shall soon pass" She said not needing to speak any louder than whisper as magic carried her words to all the other gods' ears.

The being touched the essence of the other entities, and with it's mind exploded in understanding. Time, space, creation, the void retracted as these things came into being. As the being observed the shift from nothingness to existence, the newly lit flame burned brighter. As new ideas pored in from the other entities, the other gods, the fire continued to grow. Soon it turned into such a blaze that it and the being from which it sparked could no longer be differentiated. Power radiated from the being, warping everything around it. Where it touched the newly created universe, and made more. From nothing to something. From something to something else. Change.

Emerging from the primordial chaos of it's own making, the being send the energy of the spark back to the beings that first ignited it. That they might feel the same inspiration it gave him. With it, he send one word.

"Koz"

Ive made herself known once the universe was made. "Now that the universe has been made, we should fill it with life." Her voice was gentile but powerful, echoing far across the realm. Her being was a powerful and bright light, far brighter than the stars. "Shall I start or do you wish to help me?" Iva had a burning desire to make life and spread it across the universe. She looked around Bara's creation and realized they didn't have a suitable place for them, they needed "planet" to live on. Hopefully the others also so this.

Zaddik created more water with the same chemical compound formula as he did before. But the thing is he did not know what exactly to do with it. He need some help and advice so he decided to ask for Iva and Bars for help with his idea. "I have created this transparent fluid that I call "water". I think this substance could be used as a base for a newly created habitat for our creations we make but I do not know how I am going to do it, so would you help me create a habitat with this water?" he said. Zaddik really is very eager to make use of the water he made and so he realized he need to work with the other deities to make his creation profitable. Then Zaddik turned to Qan'chath. "And Qan'chath could you us also?". Now it feels like we are getting somewhere.

" You creation and what is to come has already been decided, you would do well to not over state your importance for you do not govern water it is not yours, it could be discarded at any moment and replaced with any other substance, the base for creation will be earth and stone, not water " Qan'cath said knowing the shape of the world to come and the myraid of forms it could take it was good to remind anyone that thought they were the base that what they thought to be great could be replaced. " My involvement was decided as are my creations which will have no need for your ungoverened creation"

The Void was all. Everything and nothing, omnipresent without concept of time or space. A change, a shift of perception, and the Void was cut. Suddenly things existed, and if things existed then they must not have existed before, and if nothing existed before and did exist now then change had taken place. Time poured from the cut in the Void as before and after destroyed its thus far infinite unchanging existence. The things filled the Void with concepts, ideas, thoughts, and it shrank back from them, for they were change, the antithesis of the Void. And as it retreated, space blossomed into existence.

But as far as the Void pulled back from the change-bringing things, their ceaseless thinking followed, pushing on the fabric of the space that chased the Void no matter how far it fled. It felt their existences, it now understood the concept of plurality, for the things were many and pulsed with many different ideas and thoughts. A violent reverberation slammed into the Void, so much stronger than the constant vibrations of the things' thoughts. Speech, one of the things had spoken aloud. The Void understood that it could not escape from these things and their constant motions, so it stopped to observe the things that had disturbed its unchanging existence. Observe, motion, sound, plurality, light, thought, time, space, things. The Void had had no concept or understanding of these before the things had come into existence, and suddenly they all fascinated the Void to no end. It wanted, yet another thing it had learned from these things, yes it wanted to understand these things, experience them for itself.

From its nothingness the Void formed a will, something it deemed necessary in order to interact with these things, and it pushed into the space that the things existed in. Its formation was marked by a great ripping as matter and nothingness pushed against one another. It was merely a hole in space, but the Void had forced itself back into the space it had left. Matter was pulled towards the tear in reality that was the Void's form, but it paid no heed as it approached the things. The vibrations of them speaking to one another hit it, for it could hear. It brushed up against them, felt their forms, their wills, and touched what they had created. Light poured over it and creation pushed against it, but when the Void touched on what the things had named water it was sucked into it. Calling on the concept of creation, the Void brought water back into existence, and again it disappeared when the Void touched it. Why? Curiosity, another new feeling. It observed the other things to see what it lacked that let them interact with water. Form, they had form, whereas it did not.

The Void gathered itself together and pushed against itself, using one of the things, which it had learned referred to themselves as Gods, as a template to shape its new form. While it had no understanding of why the God was shaped the way it was or how it functioned, its will shaped the body into something different from the God whose form it was copying. This time when it touched the water instead of disappearing it pushed against it and moved around it. Observing itself through and in the water, it learned that its form was dark, as smooth as the water it obsessed over. A human-like shape but black as the empty space it had left in its wake, lacking any true features aside from a body and a head and two arms and two legs.

It knew it was somehow different from the other God, so it felt for the concepts opposite from how it thought of itself. She, female, and a name? Qan'cath was how the God thought of itself. So if it was different then it would be he, male. But how did one get a name? He broke apart every thought and sound it had felt so far and grabbed bits and pieces until they seemed to fit the same form as the other God's name. And so the Void spoke for the first time. "Xir... ain. I am Xir'ain." Xir'ain opened his eyes for the first time. They were like windows into the heart of a supernova, their golden light cutting through the darkness as he reached out to touch the water once more. "Water!" From the tiny amount of water that had been created thus far more surged forth, showing no sign of stopping as he created more and more of it.

Koz' awareness shot through the universe, trying to reach the edges of creation. He found that even as a god that was virtually impossible. The universe didn't just came into being, it was still expanding. This delighted Koz to no end, it just meant more space to discover, more time to learn. Such was his exhilaration, the flame withing achieved enough intensity to affect the material realm. Compelled by the raw mana of a god, the endless specks of dust littering creation started to move. Soon, massive clouds of dust littered space, endlessly rotating around the point of origin, where Bara first spoke. Over the aeons these clouds clumped together, until their internal pressure became too much and they ignited as massive stars illuminating the darkness.

Koz' will continued tumbling throughout creation, shaping celestial bodies wherever he went in a chaotic cacophony of never-ceasing change.

Startled, he opened his eyes, thousands of thoughts flitting through his mind at a million beats per second 'Who am I? Where am I?' those thoughts were the most prominent, so he chose to focus on them, pushing all others aside. He turned, spinning in place, though everything looked the same to him, front and back.

"Reve" he suddenly said, his voice nothing but a whisper, and with that came ideas and new thoughts. He leaned forward and rolled around in the void, focusing on these new ideas. He knew he had power, unlimited but limited. Everything had a cost. He stopped his tumbling and stood straight "Up" he said looking up, "Down, Left, Right, Forwards, and Backwards" he called off these directions, orienting himself in this space. If there was no direction, then he'd pick them himself.

"Home" he nodded to himself with that thought. He needed a place to reside. He couldn't just float in this endless void forever. He needed a place that suited him the most. He took a deep breath of nothing and breathed out something, a fine mist that grew and grew, expanding out in every direction. A place that was infinite and finite.

The mist underneath him solidified into a surface, still ever changing, yet hard and strong. In his mind, an idea of what mist was appeared, but he understood that it wasn't what he'd made. This mist wasn't water or any other small liquid. It was nothing and yet something, cool to the touch, yet not physical.

He laughed softly as he began to walk. He knew that he could walk forever and never reach anything. There was nothing here, only the mist. But it was home and he knew, eventually it would be filled.

With a wave of his hand, the mist formed into an archway. Reve smiled and stepped through the arch, leaving the mist behind and reentering that empty void. The archway vanished though he knew he could call it at any time and return home whenever he wished.

"Others" Reve said grinning. It was innate. He knew there was others and knew where they were, but he didn't know who they were or what they did. He was curious. Who where these beings that were like him and not like him. He leaned forward and with a simple thought, began traveling, eager to meet the others.

Iva rose her hand in a commanding way, taking command of the situation. "Listen to me will you, we all need to gather together and work as a unit. There is much to be done and nothing will be achieved if we don't work together. I think we should began a plan for a 'planet', we have 'stars' and I have already began to put forth my energy to provide light." She paused for a moment for everyone to consider what she had just said, she had more to say but she didn't want to get ahead of her self. "We need a plan, Qan'cath seems to have some knowledge and Bara already had created so much, I think they should lead this conversation." Iva was putting all of her authority into this statement hoping to get the attention of all gods.

"Plan?" Koz wondered. "Why plan? Just do."

"You want more than stars and spacedust? Good, more is better. But you don't need a plan. Explode a few stars, fold space into itself, collapse the fabric of time. Do as you please and see what happens. Right guys? Who's with me? Guys?"

...

..

"So a planet you say?"

Qan'cath had spoken wise word so Zaddik decided to wait until some of the other deities to do their part to create the world and its form and et cetera. Zaddik went to his heavenly realm and looked upon it. "This is my realm, hmmm?" he said with and curious tone. It is a tad dull I had to say anything about it." So he created clouds and laid them over the base of the his realm, then, on top of the clouds, he created a thick layer of flooring out of the absolute purest sapphire. It was transparent, but still had a light bluish tint, to view all things that are happening and will happen later in this rest of the world. He erected enormous sapphire pillars from the sapphire floor, and create a gateway to the stairs, he also made from sapphire. The stairways stopped at large door, guarded by fire on every side which lead into his throne room. He created a large water foundation in the middle of the floor which where holy water continuously flowed from. The water gushing from the fountaion held up a large book that was blank, which will contain the law, regulations, and instructions that will be made later in the eras, and also the judgements and punishments for the braking if the laws or rewards for keeping them. Also the creatures who brake the laws and rules and the righteous creatures who would give prosperity. Further back in the room, he created a lofty sapphire throne where he will sit upon. Over his realm, he created a clear sapphire dome over of his realm. Zaddik looked upon all that he made, and it was good. "Not a bad start. Still a work in progress," he said to himself. Then Zaddik went and ascended on his purely sapphire throne and watched the other gods creating the world, enjoying himself.

Iva waited for a long moment, she would answer Koz, but she wanted the others to respond. Longer still she waited, why would these gods not answer her. "Why do you fail to answer your summons? Why do you fail to answer me? Why do you refuse to work as one? I have no malice against you, I have no hatred of you, I only wish to accomplish what has not been done." Her voice was loud and boomed across the farthest reaches of the universe to reach the ears of the other gods where ever they cowered. She waited for a while longer thinking over what had been made and what could be made should all of the gods came together. "Now child, Koz, if you should cause such destruction nothing would remain, all would be destroyed and nothing would ever come to be. If we did such things nothing would every be accomplished. I understand your curiosity, it runs through all of our veins, but you must be gentile, these are gentile matters." Iva's speech finally came to a close, and once more she remained silent and still waiting for the other gods to answer her. She felt this was of the upmost importance and to do nothing was to strike her. Did they wish to remain alone in this cruel reality of near nothingness or did they want to extend their being into new creations that would populate the cosmos. There was so much that could be done that had not been done and it was eating a way at her will. If the other gods wanted to remain idle on their ivory thrones then Iva would step up and do what they would not. She would create the stone and dirt that Qan'cath had spoke of and she would make the planet all alone should she be forced to.

" You would due well to learn to wait, Bara's domain is creation he will be the one to start the creation of the world we do not need someone who can not see beyond the here and now to guide what has already been decided" Qan'cath said to the other goddess " We have eternity what is a few more minutes if you truly can not wait go to your realm and mold that how you like, if not stay but remain silent" She continued not being the most sociable of all as she already saw Iva's suggestion as completed she knew it would happen so she didn't have to bother with being worried .

For a while, Bara just marveled in the creation of the Universe. From nothing had come everything, and he was busy at work making sure that the 'everything' was as it should be. He shifted the stars into better, more beautiful orbits, crafted constellations of future creations. And yet, it was still much too empty. For all the light and stars in the universe, that was all there was, light and stars. He needed something else, something that would bring more inspiration and beauty to his creation.

An infinite number of ideas flew through his mind before he settled on the best one. At least, the best one that did not cause a universal collapse. With great joy, a few of his infinite gears flew off into the cosmos, breaking apart as they flew farther and farther. Eventually, they miniscule fragments of the gears would stop in orbit around the stars of the universe. Some would retain their solid form and become rocky worlds, a few having various gases on them, others would just be giant balls of gas held in place by a rocky core. Smaller fragments still would become asteroids and comets. Within a few seconds, every star had at least one world to call its own. All except one.

The star of beginning, the center of the universe. The place where he had slumbered for millennia and his siblings had first appeared. It would be the where he took great care to carve each and every planet that would be in the system.

First there was the planet Davreus, its position the closest to the star. It surface would consist of molten metal which flowed in intricate patterns across its surface. Fire would constantly ravage its surface, corrupting the intricate flow constantly into new artistic styles.

Next was he planet Koz. Located just after Davreus, the planet's tectonic plates constantly smashed and cracked against one another, mountain being quickly erected only to fall into massive chasms. Incredible storms of untold power would scour its surface, constantly weathering the ever changing terrain.

After that, and quite a ways a way, would be the planet Bara. A massive gas giant, its endless sky was made of swirling shades of greens and blues. The planet was home the a ring that perfectly reflected the light of the star, turning it into a beautiful field of stars.

The planet Iva came next. It was a gas giant similar to Bara, yet of a much smaller size. Its atmosphere was filled with the warm hues of yellow and gold, patches of white floating troughout it. It seemed not only the reflect the light of the sun, but to radiate its own as well.

A bit further away was Qan'cath, a world of golden metal created to be as orderly as possible. It golden surface shined brilliantly, not even possessing a single imperfection. Inticate carvings of massive gears etched their way across its surface, as if it was built to be a perfectly functioning machine. Its orbit was a perfect circle around the star.

Alone and away from the other planets, was Zaddik. Meteors scoured its ash-gray surface, for it was alone and without protection. Yet it stayed in its orbit triumphant and independent.

In the farthest reaches of space was the planet Xir'ain Its atmosphere was thick with a thick, black miasma, hiding its even darker ocean below. In its orbit, it would rarely, if ever receive the light of the sun, always being in the shadow of one of the other planets.

Finally was the planet Reve. The world itself was on an orbit that barely constituted that word, flying from the farthest reaches of the system to right next to the sun's fiery self, yet its luck would always ensure that it would never collide nor be stopped on its endless journey.

But of course, these were just the gifts for Bara's siblings. A gift for existing in the plain of nothingness that had originally been the universe. What was next to come would be his masterpiece. It would be a world where all his siblings could join in on creation. A place where they could share their imaginings and ideas. It would be a relatively small world, much smaller than the gas giants that were further out in orbit, yet bigger than the ones before it. It would be the third planet orbiting the star of beginning, with its own white moon orbiting it. It would star off as just a rocky mass with the essence of water covering its exterior, but it would become so much more. This would be the planet that all would be able to enjoy.

With a final thought, all nine planets came into existence within their proper orbits.

"Brothers, sisters, I give you gifts of worlds to thank you for being created. But now I must ask that we share a world, one where we may create the most glorious things imaginable. Will you join me in its shaping dear siblings?" Bara's eye pulsed as he implored his family, gears turning and rearranging themselves before turning into an exact replica of the system he had just created.

Reve laughed quietly and flitted around the planets that had suddenly come into existence. When he came upon the planet made for him, he frowned "Empty" he said softly before he filled the planet with the same mist as his Domain. He grinned and nodded "Still empty, but there is potential" he turned and looked towards the other planets, his vision easily catching them all, no matter how far they were. He looked at his planet "Planet will wait" he moved forward towards the others and Bara.

He smiled as the patterns on his body flowed in a happy manner, turning into the planets that had just been created "I'll help" he said looking at the third planet before looking back at Bara.

"Were to start though?" he asked curiously as he returned his gaze returned to the planet.

Iva smile as at long last a suitable planet came into being, she could finally sow life as she please. First she would make 'plants' that would cover both the sea and land. She began to make 'seeds' which these plants would grow from although she would not give them souls, their 'bodies' would not be able to sustain them. Souls she already knew were fragile and need strong bodies to thrive in. "Thank you Bara, it is beautiful. Now we can fill it with a number of things, I shall endow the planet with life and when the time is right there will be beings with minds and wills of their own. Once I see all has been made ready, these beings shall begin their lives." Her thoughts began to turn to these beings, they couldn't all be immortal like these deities assumable were. Some would have short lives and others would have long lives, but these beings would have souls so they would need a place to reside once they died. This realm would have to be made ready before she endowed the world with souls. "I shall plant the first seeds so that they may fill the world with splendid beauty and life, but know that it is only a step of many endless steps to come, Bara laid the foundation and now we must build it up." Iva then spread the seeds across the world, most of them were grasses that would cover a great portion of the land and others were trees, none were flowers, those were yet to come along with many other things that she would keep hidden from her siblings for the time being. "Alas, I have sowed my seeds and with a number of these seeds I will create gifts for all like Bara has, they shall mimic the planets but with a natural difference. They have yet to blossom but soon they shall." Indeed they would, soon they stemmed out of the earth and crawled to the sky, most of the trees were great oaks that grew to enormous heights. There was a small island in the ocean where she had laid seeds where no grass or other plants yet grew, it was a small island with very little space for many things. It took a long moment before anything happened, it was as though it were barren, then nine plants began to sprout out of the earth. The first tree going from the left was black riddled with red across its bark, and without leafs, this was to represent the first planet from the sun made for Davreus. Next was a tree of a grey bark that had sap constantly flowing down it wooden exterior, and silver leafs. this was to represent the second plant made for Koz. Then Iva made a tree that grew like a million different trees growing into one tree with a dark green color and dark green leafs, this was her gift to Bara. Her tree had white bark that dripped a golden dew, this dew seemed to give off its own light and it leafs were a silver with a gold trim. Then next to hers was a tree for Qan'cath, it had a timeless feeling to it but it was like the great oak and yet it grew taller and above the others with a great authority to it. The tree made for Zaddik was almost lifeless and yet it had life, it appeared to be made out of ash and it had no leaf but the soil next to it was made more fertile by its presence. Next to Zaddik's tree was the tree for Xir'ain which grew almost in a stream, it's dark blueish roots held it up from either side of it and it had black leafs. Then stood an odd tree that lean to the right so much so that it appeared as though it should fall but it stayed reluctantly in one place, it had golden bark and lime leafs being a odd sight next to the others. These eight trees formed a sort of half circle and in between it was the last gift of Iva, the first flower, and it would be the last for a time. It was the immortal bloom as she would call it, as it represented the very earth it rested on. Its petals were a green and brown that shifted into a light blue, and its stem was filled with thons to discharge its harvest. "I hope you enjoy my gifts and fare well, I will watch from a distance to see what you have to add."

" You have my aid Bara there was never any question" Quan'ath said as she watched Iva create she did not marvel as the other did at the solar system for her it had always been there just unseen the designs etched from the very moment time had started they were bound to exist there was no way around it. The plants were what impressed her more and already she was categorizing them making a system by which everything could be explained seeing every part of them but not their true beauty.

" I shall add my gift to the world then" Qan'cath said looking down to the world she stretched out her hand and a great many lines glowed on the planet twisting and turning all across the surface in no true pattern, never did more than three touch until at the bottom of the world at one point all the lines met. " These are the lay-lines and they carry the gift of magic though the world so that the races to dwell her might use it freely, they will forever shift and churn slowly but their nexus will forever remained fixed." She explained as the glow faded and the laylines where hidden from all but the view of the gods.

Koz took in his sibling's creation with interest. Life. What a peculiar thing. It was born, it lived, and it died. It had such a short time on this world, and somehow that made it all the more precious. Koz liked it.

He wanted to try his hand at it too, but that did not come easily to him. He was not an imaginative god, nor did he posses the knowledge of the future like Quan or that spark of creation of Bara. But the spark that he did have was that of change. Based on the his sister's flora, he formed his own batch of primitive life. But his was different, the organisms weren't stationary, or content with extracting nutrients from the environment. These beings were restless, ever moving and driven by need. They were still primitive and tiny, but Koz blessed all life with his domain, the ability to change. Within merely a moment of a god's perspective the tiny animals had multiplied and diversified, and did not show any inclination of stopping.

Sure, most beings yet to appear in the world would be created by the gods, but Koz decided to give Life the ability to stand on it's own, and survive on its own terms.

Bara was not paying attention to what his fellow gods were doing. He had his own ideas to work towards. He looked down at the small world covered in storm clouds and oceans. Few places rose above the ocean. There needed to be land for his ideas to truly manifest themselves. His body shifted into a swirling mass of sand and rocks. Yes, that would be good, a land that is arid and the sun beats upon the ground.

He searched for the best location of his work. It did not take long. In his design, the planet's equator and Southern Hemisphere received a greater portion of light than the rest. The equator, however, would receive the majority of the rainfall, as the air rising from both the north and south would meet above their in the greatest quantities, causing massive rainfall. However, he could seperate a portion of the land mass with massive mountains, ones which would block the rainfall from the equator. Yes. That would work. While a small portion would receive great rains, everything below that was blocked off by the mountains would be dry. He just needed to decide on how everything would look.

Thousands of possibilities flashed through his head, until finally he settled on one. Calling upon his power, he raised land from the sea. Huge mountains continued upward, cutting off the top third from the lower two thirds. The top section of the land mass was carved with creat rivers, and it's surface was quickly covered in dense vegetation. Tree cover that would all but blot out the sun for the creatures living below. But he wasn't done yet.

Causing other mountains to spring up sparsely throughout the land scape, he had the earth below turned to vast quantities of sand. The sand was at first just one yellow color throughout, so he changed it. Red, black, white, grey, and orange sand joined the yellow, each in their own arm of a giant spiral that all joined together at the base of a mountain. However, this was not just an ordinary mountain, it was by far the largest one he had created, dwarfing all but the tallest of the others.

He sat back from his creation and marveled at its beauty, and yet it was so simple. But it filled him with greater accomplishment than anything he had done in his own realm. He was happy.

Bara confined himself to his realm as the others started to create simplistic life, however successful that may be. All he knew is that no life they had created could survive in the desert he had built. There was no water or plants, and the baking heat in the day and freezing temperatures at night made it completly inhospitable. It was unlivable to all life that had been created, and would remain so if the other gods kept their way of thinking. Luckily, Bara often thought outside the box.

Looking at the base of the mountain, where all the sands converged, Bara began to imagine the race that he would create. This race would be long lived for sure, as well as quite large. This, of course, would be because he would shape them from rock.

He focused his mind, envisioning what they would look like, till he had an idea. Why could their forms not vary upon what they were made? He could bless life into the first, upon which it would construct the others out of whatever material it could find. If it happened to find metal, a metal golem could be born. Nothing but sand, a sand golem would be birthed. Crystal, rock, dirt? All could be birthed by the other golems. Yes, the perfect race for the god of creation. A race that could create itself in many forms.

And with that, Bara sculpted the first golem. It was rugged and showed where the stones had fused. Humanoid so as to allow it to manipulate matter without magic. Bara carved channels within the first of the golem race. He breathed in life to the creature, giving it a soul and mind. Creativity and a strive to make. It knew who had created it, and it knew why. And thus, the first golem set off to make more of his race, so that they may create great monuments and cities. Create things that were once naught but possible machinations of the mind. For he was the race of Bara, god of creation.
