The Ultimate Enigma
Long ago, before the ages of man were assembled, there were three powerful monstrosities. One, obtained the ability to manipulate anything within the chemical relation to Electricity. The second, controlled anything with a relation to Fire. And the third, possessed the ability to puppet anything within the relation to Air.
But there was a problem, when they joined together to share abilities, they realized that their powers had relations with themselves. Electricity, when in contact with oil, it creates Fire. And Oxygen, which is within Air, feeds fire. It was all connected, and then they realized that when put together, they could create the most powerful weapon in the universe-- in any universe, seeing that they always modified and added new trinkets with their toys.
When these beasts came together, they destroyed many ancient civilizations, and only left Earth for one reason: So they could grant every living being the special abilities they carried with them on their way. They hovered over the atmosphere of the puny planet, and fired a beam of Electricity, Fire, and Air. And with it, masses of new genetic knowledge. But their death was imminent.
After millions and trillions of years, the humans had found the first mutants. Most of which found traces of enhanced Electrical impulses, the ability to create and control fire, and flick powerful winds at their will. Eventually, mutations occurred, branching down to the most extreme and ancient alien genetics. Anything was possible. From growing a pair of wings, to sprouting figs from your skin.
Humans established an organization for mutants, and called them Genecen. They prospered, most learned how to practice and work with their mutations. Some, got jealous of the Genecen's new powers, and became terrorists, slaughtering many Genecen alive. These terrorists were called the Buratchi, as it originated in China. They attack in mobs at unexpected times, depending on how noticeable. And then, there were the Genecen that were severely incapable of having the risk of getting themselves killed, and they submitted to being Genecen slaves for the Buratchi. These slaves were called Halos, and did anything to earn their right to live.
The human governments fought to free the Halos, and most did, trying to deplete Buratchi organizations but it was no use. Halos, with their wits about, sent in their highest ranking geniuses to try and create safe, small villages on the Atlantic oceans. These cities were called Havens, homes for Halos and Genecen. There were fourteen Havens, but now only three remain.
Are you Genecen, a Halo, or a powerless, jealous Buratchi terrorist? Or maybe just a human?
These are what the Havens look like.
