haku laughed seemingly good naturedly. "yeah, if i was recovered enough. attacking outposts and causing that hurricane at the prison solo would wear even the best of airbenders out. no matter how good they believe themselves." he said the last part darkly.

Irene nodded at Maria."Alright you probably know more than I do." She said heading to a nearby inn.


(Question how can you make a hurricane if it involves water? I think you mean a tornado... Just saying. Sorry I'm a science geek so sorry if you hate my correction@Shiro kurogane )

"So it was you. How could you live with yourself?" Her mind was filled with thoughts, memories. The dead corpses that surrounded her, the ashes left of her home. But she remembered what she had done to, and realized that she was as bad as him. She lowered her eyes, ashamed.

"ashamed? i feel no shame. i did kill my own family after they treated me like the rest of the air kingdom.. a monster child." haku answered flatly. "that and some other things happened. but that over with now." he noticed her look of shame. "besides my persona changes so often. even i have lost my true feelings. so anyone of my moods could be real or just a passing thing." he didn't care that he was telling a stranger stuff about himself. afterall he'd talked with some of the people sent to kill him. you know before they died.

Felix had no idea how to answer that. She was getting scared. She could feel something threatening beneath the cool exterior. It wasn't his physical power that scared her. It was, one could say, his monster. But she couldn't back out. Instead, she pressed on, trying to hide the fear in her voice. "You must have done something terrible for them to call you a monster child. That, or they were jealous. But chances are, it wasn't the latter." A chilly draft swept through the air, and she tried to stop her teeth from chattering.

She looked at jake while walking he looked comfused were getting closse

"meh.. it was both. jealousy started things. then i killed people." he said somewhat vaguely. he saw the spark of fear, that ones eyes always showed. haku's mind flashed back to his meeting of Lillian. she too had been scared of him because of the thing the kingdom had said. but she too had quickly hid her fear and talked to him. seeing this flashback caused another change in haku's persona again. now his mood was one compasion. seeing the girl's teeth chatter. he bended the air to move around her. "yet another reminder.." he said to himself. why had someone kind of like Lillian have to appear before him.

She felt the wind move about her, and her chattering stop. And somehow, so did a little of the the fear. He couldn't be that bad of a person, but he couldn't be that good either. She felt herself warm up to him a little, but still remained cautious. He was unpredictable, no doubt about it, but she yet didn't know the extent he would go to. So she took a chance. "I too, have killed people," she said, "so I must ask you. Are you going to kill me?"

Irene went into the inn walking up to the front placing a pouch of money on the desk. "One room please." Without question the man gave her a key and told her to go upstairs. When they made it to the room, Irene carelessly dropped him on the bed."Alright Maria what's wrong with him."

he sighed looking at the girl. "honestly? i don't know. my persona changes so much that anything can happen. although if you end up being anything like Lillian. then you'll be fine. lillian was my only friend, she could control or more accurately stop my persona changes. although she's dead now for trying to bring me back to the kingdom alive. the kingdom wants me dead." he said solemnly. he was impressed with the girl though. she was the second one ever to talk to him.

Irene looked impressed at how many people were able to treat him. She was never interested in learning since she didn't really have a reason to. "So what do we do with him?" She asked Serena .

Serena, not necessarily caring if she was mentioned or not, said, "He is passed out, obviously. It seems that his head was a bit affected from the fall, and I'm guessing he fell....on his back?" She used wind to push the hair out of his face to look at him. "We'll need a treatment for his back and something for his head. He'll have a headache when he wakes up. This is all speculation of course." Thea was a bit taken back by her thought but asked, "What do we need." Serena looked at both Irene and Thea before saying, "A plant with purple flowers. They grow near my house. And ice, which I'm sure a water wielder can use. I have everything else I need. Hurry up." She waved her hand.

Irene started to place a hand on her hip."Alright Thea and I can get the purple flowers from your house and I'll bring the ice on the way back. Is that fine with you Thea?" She ask turning her attention to Thea.

"I...I'm sorry," was all Felix could mutter. And she truly was. She wondered how it would feel to have a friend killed for your sake, and she couldn't bear the thought of it. No wonder he didn't have feelings. She was sad, but she didn't want to appear weak before him. His presence was so...intriguing. "You must a very brave person. If it had been for anyone else, I'm sure they must have died of the pain. But yet, you live." She was still weary of him, but she wanted to get to know him. "Hey, you said Lillian was your only friend. Perhaps...I could be your friend too," she offered. She was scared, afraid of how he might react. She was sure she was going to regret this in the future, but who cared? With luck, she might make it out alive. But for now, all she could do was hope the fear wasn't as clear on her face as it was in her mind.

He fell face first -she sat next to him getting a better look- he has small cuts but he seems to have memory loss from a concushon he dosent remember eny of us -she stood up and looked at iren- we need to keep an eye on him untill he wakes up trust me and do what she did but he hit his head i saw everything

haku chuckled at the girl's question of being his friend. "you don't want that. being my friend makes you a target just like lillian. that and never being able to go near towns or villages. the air kingdom put a death warrant on my head in every kingdom." he said cooly.

Felix thought about this for a minute. "No one needs to know," she said. "And besides, even if they do find out, I don't really care. I killed my own people. I deserve being a target." Unlike you, she mumbled under her breath, hoping he didn't hear. "Please." she added. She was surprised by her own words. She never begged any one. Yet here she was, pleading to a complete stranger. She was going to regret this in the future, she was sure of it, but for one, she let her curiosity win out. It was something about him that made her brave and scared at the same time, and for a twisted reason, she loved that feeling.

haku's eyes widened in surprise. why would this girl who had just met him beg for his friendship. this girl had interested him farther. "ok, we can be friends. but don't blame me if you die.." he said remembering tell the same exact line to lillian. looking around haku sighed. "we should move, preferably to a place where i didn't cut down the surrounding tree." he said realizing how stupid that action had been.

"Umm..yeah, wasn't the smartest move, was it?" she said, laughing. Just then, she remembered, Jake, who had passed out. She had no idea where he was right now, but she hoped he was alright. After all, him passing out was her fault. She looked hesitatingly back towards the direction where Irene had carried him, but it was too late to turn back now. After all, he was in good hands. She was sure Mar and the rest would take good care of him. Instead she looked at him, and said, "By the way, my name is Felix. What about you?"
