Shaking her head at the brightness Cezanne sighed. "I haven't seen sunlight in....years it seems." She said as she looked at the two. Of course she could have left that place anytime, but she had stayed to watch over some other drifters who came. "Where you heading now?" She asked with a smile.

Alaster stretched his arms as he said


" We're in Greece right, so when in Rome I suppose"

Veronica looked around and she wrapped her arms around herself she grunted and coughed

"Veronica, are you going to be OK"


Alaster said concerned as he felt her forehead

Veronica jerked away from him and she groaned arching her back before gasping and she blinked a few times relaxing

Alaster let his hand drop to his side and pulled up his hood then started to fly off as he said


"I'm going to go exploring, come find me when your ready to go"

Veronica dropped to the ground she was breathing hard and glanced CD d to Alaster as he few off she whined and hugged her knees hiding her face

Alaster flew straight up till he couldn't go any higher then his wings vanished and he started to free fall. He didn't panic since he knew he could stop at any moment.


That girl, why does she make me feel so flustered. I never been interested in anyone, girl or otherwise.

Veronica shook her head and got up she moved under the shade of a tree so she could be seen easier

"No, relationships are a waste of time th-their pointless"

Alaster came into view of veronica and Cezanne as fell at terminal velocity with no signs of stopping

Veronica blinked and glanced up she saw Alaster falling and tensed she fan up under him and floated up as high as she would go and grabbed him then teleported to the ground wincing under his weight

Veronica got up and she hit him on the arm " Don't do that! You scared me! " he turned and teleported far away then sniffed and wiped her face

Alaster rubbed his arm as he watched veronica teleport away, he grabbed his chest and thought

Veronica calmed herself down and sat she looked up at the sky she sighed and glanced to Alaster then pointed to the town " I'm guessing we'll need to go there "

Alaster took the lead and started to walk towards the village without saying a word

Veronica waited a moment then got up and followed Alaster though she was a ways behind him

Veronica blinked and then giggled she dashed down after him and called " Need any help?! " she started to laugh as she teleported to the end of the hill and stopped Alaster and helped him up, she dusted him off and got all the grass off his arms and chest, picking it out of his hair
