The Floating City, a strange city large airship that floats in the sky above the land. It seems to come and go, appearing anywhere and everywhere, with no one ever seeing it land anywhere. But one thing is certain whenever and whereever it appears, the greatest warriors of the land disappear. They appear inside the city that exists within the airplane known as The Floating City. Trapped, in a never-ending battle royale for the top spot of Emperor. What such a prize grants them, is unknown. But rumors abound, perhaps they get unlimited power, or perhaps they learn the secrets to life, love, and the universe. Or maybe they get riches beyond imagining. Whatever the warrior believes the prize behind the Title of Emperor is, one thing is certain. Everyone is desperate for it.

This is their tale.

Several days ago.

Caelyn Amarkiir chuckled softly as she sat on the seat directly next to the seat for The Emperor of the floating city. At the time, they were both observing an official match that was happening within the Colosseum, an event that was rather rare these days, as fights seemed to happen everywhere within the city. This didn't bother her all that much, as it made things more entertaining to her. For now at least. It was then, that the hooded figure only known as the Emperor of The Floating City Palace, whose face was hidden beckoned for her, causing her to lean forward towards him. He then whispered something into his ear, causing her to nod and stand up with him, as they left the Colosseum, headed towards the palace.

Penelope came out of her portal and was immediately confused. This wasn't the world she had meant to visit. She tried to create another portal and visit the correct World but when she entered through it she ended up in the same world. "Aww man what a drag as soon as my plans take place I get stuck here in this weird emo-world." She decided to explore this city seeing as there was nothing else to do.

Caelyn sat not far from the area of the Floating City that served as the arrival and departures, much like that of an Airport. She sat upon a stone bench-like chair, across from no one as she silently played chess with herself. Several people passed her, none paying much more than a fleeting moment to her, something that upon closer inspection was happening deliberately, as one would notice the faintest of shimmers around her as if she was a mirage. Something that was a trick of the light, as if she was only there if you weren't paying attention to her. As if, she was watching and waiting for someone. She smiled a bit softly, as she glanced up after a few moments. She eyed the people around the area, before softly sighing. Shaking her head, she stood up and waved her hand as the chessboard disappeared. Shen then turned, to head away from the area that held the portals into the Floating City, her hands in the pockets to her jeans, as she disappeared into the crowds of people coming and going.

Penelope walked around the city looking for anything fun to do she decided to ask about the place and what exactly it was. She heard about the recent influx of people from other worlds coming in and to her interest, the arena. The more she pried the more she wanted to visit this arena. "Hmmmm an entire universe full of gladiaters from other universes sounds fun" She walked to where she was told was the arena and asked about signing up, and then did so.

Jiren, the alien with the Pride Trooper outfit, was seen staring at the group from below untop of one of the buildings. While their strength didn't seem to be all that interesting, he knew that a good sum of them would be interesting to encounter. Belmod did mention that he should be training much later. Neither of them would've ever known that Universe 11's most powerful warrior would be sucked into a world that connects to all possible others, to a a city within the skies, uncovered. He wasn't interested in anything concerning what treasures involved in this place, and what he could potential gain wealth and position wise. No. That wasn't like the alien at all. His main goal was to further his own strength, so he had no equal in that regard. His powerful presence could be seen by a red aura, which usually he kept hidden. However, in a case lke this, if he understood what the purpose of it was, it would be the better option to show just a facet of your strength to see what your adversaries would do in response. His presence was like a static effect, his energy washing over ever crevice of the Floating City.

Closing his eyes for quite a few moments , his aura surrounded him like a thick wall. Those who were going to encounter him later wouldn't find it easy to break through his wall of pressure. Concentrating, training within his vast and indomitable mind, he proceeded to meditate here and then. If he was planning to show what his world was capable of, he needed to at least be 100% ready when any threats were soon to be encountered. All he lived, and breath for, was for the sake of his universe. That was what being a Pride Trooper meant. He didn't care about any vendetta he had, or at least even if he did, no physical signs of emotion could be seen on the blank alien's face.It looked like he was sleep, but even within his mind, he was well aware of his surroundings 24/7 . He then proceeded to train rigourously , fighting to prove his strength and break his already established limits.

It was nearly a day later... That ... He felt a disturbance, a gathering of warriors from realities he didn't know existed. So, now , he teleported there instantaneously, landing in the Arena. The six foot alien proceeded to sign up for the arena after reading the fliers. He was interested to see exactly who would be fighting now. He saw the boy and man together, and tilted his head in response, glaring at them with a sort of stare . It actually wasn't, it was a testing blast to see how strong they are . After this test attack, Jiren stated the following . " I sense you desire no conflict. But believe me... With the power you have.... You'll be bound to get a request from me " .

Franklin Richards, both his younger and adult counterpart, have been in the Floating City for quite a deal of time. Probably a lot longer than most of the other patrons within it that recently showed up . Despite being a Coordinator, they definitely have ludicrous power, rarely seen in the Universe that they originate from. So, to help out the others who assist here, they both agreed to become Coordinators, as neither of them seemed to be fighting oriented to even consider the aspect of fighting in a official setting. The Younger of the two, 4'8 , seems to have blonde hair , fair skin, and a moderately slim build. To the Incredible Hulk, his frame would be seen as merely puny in comparison to his rather older and wiser looking older self , He didn't wear the Future Foundation suit, as that has been distributed for a much more casual attire. Young Franklin now wears a relatively normal attire of a white tee shirt and blue jeans, with a light blue jacket unto of his tee shirt. He wanted to portray himself as casual as possible. Very similar to his Heroes Reborn appearance, he decided to let his hair grow out yet again

Adult Franklin Richards meanwhile, was meant to be the more wiser of the tear. His indication of being the older of the two, was the fact his height dwarfed the young boy he was accompanying . In-fact, it was generally implied that this Franklin was almost in the realm of 72 inches, or six feet in height. Broad shoulders and muscular frame, he works and trains extremely well, despite his powers generally causing him not really having to worry about that part. He learned that unless the enemy is also superhuman, using his powers wasn't a necessity . The other indication was his rather well groomed blonde beard and moustache, conditioned rather well, implying great craftsmanship was done to keep it the way it is now.

Both of them had the same blue pupils, which a neon blue color would envelop the iris and pupil with the coloration so if they used a good extent of their abilities. However, they were simply their regular coloration, implying this wasn't a direct usage of their abilities. The both of them were actually enjoying a good snack at one of the diners nearby. Yes, they had the pay, but the pay was good that they received everyday, and honestly they were just trying to have as much fun as possible. It was a struggle to not be able to see their family as of now.... But that was the one thing that both of them had at the back of their minds at the moment.

After this miniature snack, the two agreed to go to the Arena to see if anyone decided to sign up. However, it didn't take them long to figure out someone else was signing up as well . They were lucky to see at least 2 people signing up. One of them was a young girl that appearances wise were between their ages. The other couldn't be known what age he was, but seemed to radiate a type of pressure they knew was some form of energy. However, as he glared, Adult Franklin was the fastest to react to the sudden attack, grabbing the energy created by said motion. "...Firstly, you didn't glare . You simply moved faster than most eyes can track. If you want to spar... Simply ask instead of testing my patience. Do so again... And you won't like the result. " . His eyes turned neon blue for a mere moment, letting his cosmic energy flow, before turning his head back around . The Alien didn't respond, merely 'Hmped' in response.

Child Franklin was at least a bit shocked. He didn't expect the stranger to do something that provoking . I mean, he could feel that his pressure implied he was dangerous, but actually fighting someone with their guards down is something completely messed up. The little boy just twiddled his fingers in response, like someone extremely timid would do .

Penelope looked up hearing the conflict She saw a weird alien looking dude and two humans fighting "Ohhh that looks like it could be fun " She saw the field around the alien and decided that she would break that one day. She walked towards the conflict "Hello boys why are we fighting aren't we supposed to do it in there?" She said pointing towards the arena "Of course im not going to complain about fighting early" Her mouth was slightly watering at the thought of fighting these people, all the beautiful pain and conflict that would be gained.

Adult Franklin Richards saw the other woman and shook his head. He could see the bloodlust in her eyes, the sheer intensity and craving for a match of the century. " Hello... If you want to practice spar, I'll do it in the boy's stead. But, I'm usually the Spectator for these types of matches. If you want to fight me... Simply follow me into the arena " . For this, he simply headed into the arena, not making a single sound in response after he stated he would challenge their wills . Child Franklin was a bit scared for his older self. Sure, he was powerful, but these two could be using abilities that we've never seen before. It was frightening... But he didn't want to let him do this alone. So, swallowing up his inner anxiety, he also headed into the arena as well.

Jiren just glanced at the excitable nature of the young girl. He just nodded, interested to see what she had to offer if she was so confident at being able to fight . "Come" was all he said, also heading into the arena. It was a lot bigger from the outside in, almost like a pocket dimension of sorts. To warm up, he started meditating in mid-air. Concentrating everything he had for these few moments. He knew all 3 of these entities wielded something he's never encountered, something within him told this. Despite that urging, he wasn't scared or anything, more interested than anything else.

Adult Franklin Richards put up a hand, warping the inside of the arena into a pocket-dimension esque arena . It was a blank dark space, filled with infinite nothingness. It was the perfect space to get rough in. " Since our fight will cause... Quite a bit of destruction... It is best to fight in here. Now... Are you all ready ? " . Jiren started the fight off, by activating his eyes. They had a red glint in them. What most wouldn't have realized is that he sent a ball of energy at the two at ridiculous levels of speeds, trying to figure out their reaction time. Adult Franklin didn't waste any energhy, firing a blue blast of cosmic energy quickly, making an lightshow that lighted up the entire pocket dimension they were in temporarily with light.

Child Franklin meanwhile just looked a bit confused at best. Wow. Those two were going at it. He glanced nervously at the other girl, wondering what she would do. Considering that it was likely that these two would be the ones fighting, he wasn't sure how well he would do. He wasn't a fighter by any means. He glanced at the others in a scared fashion , not knowing what to do in response.

As suddenly as the energy was shot Black metal shards formed in front of her to block it.
"That was cute"
She drew her sword, a serrated rapier and licked it.
"mmmmm lets get started shall we?"
She charged towards the strange pink man sensing he was naturally the weaker of the two and summoned her Flock. Thousands upon thousands of black metal shards buzzed around her as she slashed at the mans shield seeing if she could break it, the bloodlust seeping through her glowing purple eyes.

Caelyn softly smiled to her self, flipping up the hood on her coat, that she always seemed to be wearing as she grabbed an apple from one of the many stands outlying the Colleseum. She smiled to herself again, as she soon looked around, idly passing by rather unnoticeably through a few of the battles happening outside the Colleseum, it seems that a new group of Combatants had recently arrived, and were already beginning to fight amongst themselves. She smiled to herself, as she passed through several more battles, taking a bite of her apple as she did. She found herself standing atop a ledge, eyeing a group of people fighting. She didn't recognize any of them as current members of the Floating City, so she assumed that they were new people. This, she did not mind, and the battle seemed interesting enough, so she stood there watching them, looking at each one in turn.

Emrakul was getting rather bored in her lunar prison on the dreary plane known as Innistrad. She had been prepared to wait however long it took for her to be called, but recently her hibernation had been disturbed by something.... or rather someone. Her view of what was limited from her prison, but she could tell it was a moving target positively filled with powerful mana. Emrakul could hear it faintly. She was being beckoned by this thing. It called to her seeking her strength for something. Whatever it was she was more than happy to oblige. A shift in her mana was all that it took and her lunar prison crack and crumbled as the titan broke apart the moon that held her. Once free she immediately left the plan in pursuit of the floating city. Once the titan had a lock on the city she realized that her usual Avatar would be too much for such a small thing. So Emrakul stayed within the Blind Eternities and sent a fragment of herself with roughly half of the power that her normal Avatar would have access to, if need be Emrakul could send more mana from her home or use her larger Avatar. One thing was certain. She wanted to enjoy herself before devouring the city and the plane it was currently on.
Up in the sky above the city there would appear a crack or tear within the fabric of reality as the Avatar entered the plane once the angelic being was through the crack it closed and anyone near her as she flew towards the city would feel her presence as she probed the minds of the denizens of the city like a carrion bird pecking at a corpse. Those too weak of mind would break and she would add them to her progeny. Emrakul was keeping her range very limited to around 200 ft surrounding her. When she landed Emrakul notes that she was in an arena of sorts. It was large enough that because she was in the fighting pit no one in the crowd seemed affected. It seemed that her arrival had been foreseen as moments after her arrival an announcer began speaking in a language that Emrakul didn’t know, which wasn’t uncommon, and a gate on the other side of the arena began to open.
