By all means I think every speech is appealing to a different aspect and shows what how each character views the situation.

Azalea's part is desperate and filled with Anger playing some level of rage and raw anger that only tragedy can bring.
Cali's part is playing the events off as a play of sorts. Making the crowd believe they are part of a big game that could end in a heartbeat.
Ivanna's is one filled with passion and an indomitable will that shows how willing she is to even endanger herself to show them the proof.
And Angie is playing off of fear. Making the shades these powerful monsters that could wipe Del (I really need to remember Aodrens lands name and how it's spelled) in a matter of moments. Even being offended at the bit about it being rumours.

It's an unfortunate deal of text stuff. In my writing (not interacting with people) I have made good twists. In my DnD things I have done big surprises (but that is voice) RPN is where my writing is weakest.

Same! But the problem with your twists here is the fact that you kinda have to talk about your character's thoughts so it's really hard to hide things. In a movie/D&D you don't have to explain every thought. You also confided in Jeod so he kinda knows (and almost joined you). I guess I would advise having her conflict w/ party members a bit more and drop hints when doing her inner thoughts.
