So I am currently stressed to kingdom come at the moment, introduced a new guinea pig and the two are not... fully happy with each other. They are currently asleep but I am just worried I made a big mistake.

Just separate them with something in between for now. They need to understand each other, and get used to their scent.

Well we did put them in a bathtub, were it seems like the thing that is keeping them Separated is a food bowl.

That is percisely what I am going to do, I think Walmart has a few cages. So I can grab a quick one.
