Angie: Well, yes. *sits down and pulls her copy of the proposal out and puts it on the table* I’ve highlighted all the spots that I thought were worth looking over, but the basics of it is that this “deal” would cut our profits in half, at least.

Baxter: He proposed an acquisition, not a merger. It's a one time transaction unless we keep working here under them . . . in which case you're saying that our profits would get cut to half? *stays silent for a few moments in deep thought* . . Shade Co. is attempting a monopoly.
