I mean I usually don't have issues playing NPC's. Just ask anyone about my NPC Alvis in my DnD campaign. But the thing is a lot of the stuff he does, is based on a mini sheet I have written down. I have no real quirks, interests, or anything for these NPC's. Which is a severe challenge.

So Baku, you can have the NPC’s strike up some casual conversation, maybe inquire about the wares they’re selling, and then have one of the NPC’s comment about a large group of Shades just arriving in Fransen or something of the like, maybe comment on how creepy they are or something.
