"Bring him to the throne room," Clyde ordered looking at the other boy who was being carried over the guard's shoulder. Once they got into the throne room the medics started checking the unconscious kid hopefully waking him up in the process.

he could wear a hat and become a chimney sweep? It'd work especially since he can't read without his glasses. he could also smudge some stuff on his face for more safety...or he could just wear a hat and be a common fellow
I'm assuming theyll all timeskip to get to Fransen after meeting in the throne room in their "disguises?"

Regardless to save time, I think we got 8-9 adults total. temporary partners or groups for the mission may have to be determined now based on disguises. It's not usual to see a doctor casually walking around with a chimney sweep in their occupational uniforms.
That being said, Ray will be a doctor and Bax a traveling merchant.
I recommend making your character wear something they aren't usually seen in to make everything more believable.
Random ideas: Wear one of Aurelie's many dresses and a bonnet (governess, nobel, etc), Bax's partner traveling merchant, etc. let's invent Halloween
