And Annabel is going to go back into that hood afterwards, because she doesn't want them to keep seeing her face. ( She likes to wear that hood a lot, and the only time she doesn't wear it is when she is doing her job. )
Also, Annabel is literally the hardest princess to find out about her identify, or to get her face here.
