I'm considering making another character. Though I'm not sure how a more Highlander type of character would fit in.

Nope nothing still, I mean it could make sense if they came from the north or one of the more frontier like kingdoms. But in terms of characters they are pretty behind in tech. Like they still rely on bows over Crossbows. The biggest issue for me is how Outlanders would be viewed given the fact they chose the wilderness over the kingdoms.
