Fantasy The Experiment (Reboot)

Lily trembles, but not out of fear, at at the feel out his nail across her skin and quickly pulls her arm away when he punctures it. She doesn't move her head as his face got close to her's. "Unless I knew I'd outwit you. Snow leopards hunt dumb rabbits whose only defense is zigzagg running, foxes are much more clever" she says with a devilish grin. She changed into her fox form and bit him on the nose before taking off with some chatter that sounded like laughter.

" Why would we need to defend ? " he asked but was paused as he got bite on his nose. The now angered snow leopard turned his hand back into a claw and shoved it into the fox's leg. " DAMMIT! " he yelled changing into a full snow leopard. He was strong and could control his emotions but that bite by the sharp teeth fox was very painful. He roared in rage, his nose dripping with blood

Lily was expecting a retaliation and was already leaping to the side when he turned and the tip of his nail managed to graze her leg causing a much smaller wound than the leopard intended. She was soon in the forest running at a fast pace to gain some ground. She didn't care if the leopard was going to eat her or not, it just felt good to run. For what was it to her to be blood for the leopard or the scientists. One seemed to be destined to be her downfall. She reaches a stream stopping momentarily to clean her wound and gives it a few laps of her tongue, moving fur over the cut to cease the blood from giving her path away and was off nearly as quickly as she had stopped.

Nyll chased after the agile fox. He was no doubt fast but was not going to last for long. Soon he could see her disappear as he slowed down. He had almost touched her tail but he couldn't run any further. His lungs were filled with air as he breath heavily, his heart was pounding. Maybe Nyll was out of shape or maybe it was just his animal body. who knew? but he surely was not taking part in the pursuit not anymore

Lily's adrenaline was still running so, so was she. She jumped up on the side of the tree and used to it bounce off another tree and then another before hitting the ground again. Making her scent air born rather than on the ground. She runs forward a bit, making sure she was sure footed to leave tracks before jumping upon a fallen log and off a tree and then into another tree, settling herself on a branch to watch the snow leopard attempt to figure out her maneuver. Her tongue was hanging out in an amused loll. She had done this routine several times on dogs the scientists set on her in a maze type setting and they had yet to figure it out. She wouldn't let those dogs get a hold of her again that was for sure. Her amused expression soon turns to disappointment at finding the snow leopard had not followed her. She lets out a disappointed huff before plopping down on the limb for a bit. She was on her own and her adrenaline slowed and paranoid thoughts quickened in her mind since she had no distraction. Why was she the smallest animal that she knew of here? Surely, there had to be another. Maybe it was one big hunt against her. Her ears flatten back against her head at the thought of having to ward of predators and birds.

Zecseas had followed the fox and was looking up at her really surprised she hadn't seen him then he started to wonder if Pandas hadn't had scents or something by quickly out of thinking and made a big bear roar looking up at fox standing in his hind legs his other legs against the tree supporting himself

Lily quickly jumped to her feet on the limb ready to take off at the roar but looked down before she did and just plops back down on the limb that was too high for the panda to reach anyways. Besides a panda wasn't a big threat to her. She lazily looks down at him, her ears twitching a bit in annoyance. A panda wouldn't have been created to hunt her, they just sit around eating bamboo. Her paranoia dims a bit as common sense hits her. There had been ones there longer than she had, obviously this experiment, whatever it was about, was not about hunting her.

Aeni turned her head to the side, trying to hide her face in utter embarrassment, but violently fanning away the idea in her mind before it had a chance to linger. She raised her hand high and smacked him on the head with several pats, "Y-You're a.....really big dork you know!!Umm...um....ah.......we need to wrap the wound up...no kiss can stop infections...." she responded, distracted by the sequence of events unfolding in the forest territory.

Zecseas smiles and looks at his arm thinking out loud "Lucky I can't climb with this arm... Pandas can kill it hope you know. Just cause we're herbivores doesn't mean we don't kill." Zecseas smirks in agreement with his statement

Lily just glances down at Zecseas before using the tree next to it and the tree she was in to bounce back and forth onto the ground. She simply flicks her tail in the direction of Zecseas once on the ground. That panda couldn't hope to keep up with her if he had any intention of getting his claws in her. She makes her way back to the stream she had seen earlier to let her leg soak a bit more since it started to swell and bother her.

James, at that point, was nearing Lily and Zecseas. He grumbled under his breath, saying, "Freaking sedatives. Now my head hurts like hell." Hopefully, they would know how to get back. James was lost here. Wait... The sun was in the west. And the forest was outlined by the sun when he awoke. He thought. Either way, the fence was something he wanted to avoid. So, he could get back now. And he would have one heck of an explaining to do when he got back. James was worried about what happened while he was gone. Hmm... Maybe someone got injured. Then, James began to walk in a direction he hoped was towards the house. But he was actually walking towards the center of the forest, and it was easy to get lost in there.

Aeni shifts into her manned wolf form after Zecseas goes over to bother the fox. She raises her head as she scents the strong, irony smell of blood in the air, the smell was much different from the panda's though. "...was...there a fight?...." she asked herself following her nose into the forest, quietly crawling under the shadows of large trees to keep herself out of obvious sight. Aeni lowered her body close to the ground as she heard the heavy panting of the large cat, she crawled a little closer, tail high in caution. "Nyll...???? Are you alright?" she asked cautiously.

Zecseas shrugs and goes back to Aeni shifting into human because walking on his bleeding arm was starting to hurt a bit more "Haha foxes think they are so smart. They'll never put up a fight in a corner."

Nyll was panting hard as he crossed the river and saw the fox still far away. Nyll roared but a week and feeble one. A roar that just represented the pride that he had after getting beaten by a fox. He could see the fox staring at him and so he turned back to human form. his nose was still bleeding, the blood covered his face. " Dam you.. " he said before crashing onto the ground. His chest lifted very high as he tried to breath.

Lily's ears twitch at hearing James' mumble, after Nyll's scare she was paying more attention to her surroundings. She sees James emerge from behind some of the trees. She shifts back into her human form and looks over at him. "Are you alright? What are you doing way out here?" She noticed his staggered walking that seemed as if tranquilizers were something that had recently been in system. She glances in the direction of Nyll scoffing at the weak roar. How she would have loved a chase but her fun was ended so abruptly.

Aeni flattened her ears at Zecseas as she scented his blood. She raised her head from the grasses "...A panda, picking a fight with a fox?..you're a funny bear." she questioned him with a light smile "Let's just go to the house and get some cloth to wrap that...before it gets worse..." She said apologetically, padding over to the shelter.

James face palmed. "I knew this would happen. Let's just start at the beginning. I was flying, blowing off some steam, when the guards thought I was trying to escape. I was going too fast to stop, and so I dived so I wouldn't be hit. However, technology decided to interfere. I took 3... Yeah, 3 tranq darts in the stomach, and so I fell to the ground. Dislocated my shoulder, but that's all right now. I was out for heaven knows how long, and it looks like the scientists jabbed me with more needles. I woke up, decided to explore the forest, still have a freaking headache, and here I am, talking to you.

Zecseas frowned a little and nodded then started walking to the house "Foxes are smart not deadly besides my arm doesn't hurt that much." smiles lightly wincing at the pain a little as he walks not really looking behind to see if she's following

"And so you are. That's quite a story. I thought getting my nose buzzed was bad enough" She states glancing down at the cut on her leg, not too worried about it. It would heal and it didn't compromise her walking. "The house is that way by the way" She points to the right since he seemed to be heading left. "I believe there was some aspirin in the bathroom medicine cabinet downstairs if I recall" She looks back up at him.

James smiled. "Alright. Then maybe I won't be feeling like my head's going to burst." He began to walk back to the house. Completely the wrong way the first time... He'd have to explore the land on foot before he would wander back in here. For now, he would just fly around. But not now. He finally made it back to the house, the tranquilizer still having an effect on his walking. Wow. That was a strong sedative.

Lily gets up and walks back to where she heard Nyll collapse at. She looks down at him and couldn't help but smirk a little at his nose. "You now know you shouldn't threaten foxes. I'm not going to be bullied around even if you are a snow leopard. And it seems I can't out run you. So tell me oh powerful one. Why should I keep your secret now?" She asks with a grin, she had every intention to but just liked having a win over something larger than her for once.

 

[Nekoni]

"Foxes are deadly...To mice and idiotic creatures..." she laughed playfully. Aeni followed Zecseas into the home, searching for a medical kit in one of the bathrooms. As she pulled out gauze and some alcohol she looked up at him "Liar..." the girl said quietly "You didn't bite back" Aeni washed off the wound with a wet rag and poured the alcohol over the bite.

Zecseas winces a little at the achohol but smiles lightly "Heh... So Uhhh... Watcha wanna do after this?" Zecseas asked trying to start something to ignore his pain

Luna finished her steak and licked her lips, getting up. She smiled and growled, her teeth baring. She licked her paws, still lying down and taking up most of the kitchen floor. She licked her paw, cleaning the excess meat juice off her paws and chomps. She smiled and rolled over, hitting the cabinet.

Growling, he woke with a start followed by the loud thud of his Lion body hitting the floor. Letting out a loud huff, Vince rolled to his feet. He was too tired to realize that he was a giant male lion roaming down the halls of the house. Carefully maneuvering down the stairs he made his way into the kitchen letting out another roar of frustration when he realized that he didn't have thumbs equipped with this body. Clamping onto the door of the refrigerator, he pulled it open with his mouth. Sticking his head in he grabbed a package of raw meat. Turning, he held the package in his mouth and shut the door to the icebox with his tail. Tripping over something, he looked down tiredly.
