Kiyomi looked out the window of the front seat seeing the scenery as it passed thought the widow. She the saw a large building in the distance. She wonder if that was the school. She started to smile at herself she was definitely excited, but suddenly that excitement was replaced with nervousness. 'What if I mess up? What if I'm so nervous that I start to stutter? Those where the questions that went on in her mind as the excited smile faded into a face of worry.

 

[Spacing Out]

Bea parked the car then looked at Kiyomi."you ready?" She asked with a smile.

Kiyomi returned the smile and nodded. "Yeah I-I think so." She tried to hid her nervousness but failed.

 

[Spacing Out]

Bea put a hand on hers. "You'll be fine. Everyone is going to want to be your friend in no time. Trust me." She said in a reassuring way.

Kiyomi nodded when she heard Bea say those comforting words. She wasn't sure if she felt better or not, but she was as ready as she'll ever be. She pushed open the car.
