Satoshi waited quietly, and didn't move a muscle. He didn't know what would happen when they would attempt at Haruo's plan but he only hoped for the best, even if that hope was just a glimmer of shining light. As Haruo devised the plan, Satoshi decided to pick up some rocks so they'd have more to make more noise with. Once he had a decent amount, he made a pile and waited for the signal. When Haruo began throwing the rocks, Satoshi knew it was time. He then threw the rocks in the same direction... The plan had failed though. They were caught... And now they were dead... A giant purple ball of pure energy heading in their direction, only to be... Deflected? When he heard the words from the man who saved them he immediately wondered who he was. Child? It wasn't his own dad, so that made it Haruo's. Satoshi had immediately hopped up behind Haruo and ran when given the chance. They were saved! Thanks to Haruo's dad, they were able to run without being attacked, but that meant he had to fight alone. It didn't matter how strong he was, he still had to deal with that guy on his own... If only Satoshi was able to help, he'd just turn back and help fight...
"We got lucky. Very lucky."

...≭Haruo nodded and replied, shortly before he stopped running. His heart wanted out of his chest. It wanted to beat free of its cage. It pounded like it was going to crack a rib. Haruo's senses were on high alert. Every colour was brighter, every noise louder. The adrenaline was still coursing through his veins from when he made the escape away from the man who meant to deal him and Satoshi harm. With each passing second, his heart would slow down, signifying the adrenaline within his body dissipating. Eventually it returned to it's steady heartbeat. He turned towards where his father and the unknown male was, continuing to talk to Satoshi as he watched the scene unfold between the two men≭...


“ Yeah, we did.. I kinda want to watch, because I've never seen my dad fight before. My uncle taught me how to fight, and he was really powerful. He said that his power paled in comparison to my dad's, so I'm really curious... ”

...♅Akira glared at the male, his Tengan remaining fixed on the male's movements, actively scanning for the faintest of movements♅...

You left Euphoria to kill anything, everything, consumed by the madness of gaining more power, like I was not too long ago. You had a place among us once. I though that you could again. I was wrong.. ”

...☄Centuron sighed and spoke, his grin fading with each word he spoke☄...


“ You've always been like this, Imperius. Ever since we trained together as children, you always held yourself higher than all the others. Perhaps it was your upbringing as the future King of Euphoria, or maybe it was your arrogance. ”


...♅Akira sighed and replied, his Tengan continuing to scan Centuron's movements, albeit how small they were♅...


“ You are contemptible.. and beneath me. ”


“ Is that so? Then why are you still here? You could've just left after saving your son and his little friend, yet here you are, conversing with me. ”


“ Why? Because there remains a debt. I've always said that if anyone ever attack my wife or my children, I would make sure they would be referred to in the past tense, as if they once existed. You are no exception. ”


...☄Centuron uttered a small laugh and replied☄...


“ How foolish, you have truly fallen to a Human's status if you're saying these idiotic things. ”


“ Y'know.. The Existence rests on the principle that we treat our criminals better than they treated their victims, that we not stoop to their level. But you and I are outsiders, we're not apart of The Existence. We're something.. older. Which means of course that we can do stuff people of the lower realms can't. You attacked my child, who wasn't trained like you and I, so now I consider it my responsibility to fix the particular nuisance that is you, Centuron. ”

“ You really think you're gonna be the one to kill me? ”

...☄Centuron's anger suddenly burst forth, caused by the mocking of Akira's words. He shouted at Akira, shortly before he called his army☄...


“ Then from this moment forth, we're at war. I don't do well with build ups, so I'm going to end you here and now! Descend! ”


...☄A large legion of beings rose from the dirt, with all of them wielding swords and axes. They wore black armour, and featured dark red irises which seemed to give away their intentions. After the legion was assembled, Centuron stepped out infront of them and spoke, a sadistic smile forming on his face☄...


“ When I am finished with you, I will hunt down your children and I'll end their pathetic existences. As for your wife, I'll take real good care of he- ”


...♅Akira grit his teeth and interrupted Centuron♅...


“ King's Guard! ”


...♅A brilliant golden light suddenly shot down from the sky before Akira, impacting the ground with a loud thud and sending dust and debris across the concrete and into numerous abandoned buildings. The sound of thunder began to reverberate around the area, with numerous silhouettes soon becoming visible within the golden light. The light slowly began to subside, revealing six heavily armed beings wielding swords and shields, with one being even wielding a double bladed axe. Akira spoke as he stepped out from behind the men and took the lead. Centuron's army took a collective step back, as if afraid of these beings♅...


“ These are my King's Guard. Third in power only to Kenji and myself. Unlike your little army of deserted Sanctums, my Guard only answer to me and thirst for the day they join me in battle. Unfortunately for you, they will show you no mercy. ”

...♅Akira closed his eyes as his form dematerialised. Suddenly, he reformed, his Euphorian combat armour attached to his body and burning red wings extending from his back. A golden Euphorian halo hovered over his helmet. He spoke to Centuron as he held his hand out, a burning orange glow soon emitting through the armour. White tendrils of The Existence left his hand and slowly floated upwards, as if connecting with an outside source. The sky suddenly formed dark clouds, and within those dark clouds, a golden glow emitted. Sparks occurred within the clouds just as a white, glowing spear shot downwards, impacting the ground infront of Akira. He grasped the handle of the spear and finished talking, soon yanking it from the ground. A blinding white light occurred♅...


“ Count yourself among the unlucky few who have ever witnessed this form. Do not worry, you'll have more than enough time to explain what happened to you when you join them in the afterlife. I've talked long enough, it's time for you to die. ”

She glanced over at Thomas, who wasn't hanging anymore, seeing the sigils all over his body. Lumina's eyes widened at the sight, not expecting to see something like. It was... really quite sad actually. As Siegfried spoke again, her gaze moved back to him, seeing that he had extended a hand toward her, offering it for her to actually accept it. Of course she didn't want to be in pain, but it was partly her fault that he was even in this position. If she had just been smart and stayed put, then maybe they wouldn't have been put in this position at all. And besides, he had been kind enough to try and help her. If she could do something to repay him, then she would. So Lumina extended a hand toward Siegfried, knowing what it meant to do so♤...

...♞Siegfried donned a cruel smile as Lumina reached out, though when he grabbed her hand there was an obvious difference between how he was holding Thomas and her, sure he still held it rather tight, but it wasn't the absent minded cruelty that he so easily flung at Thomas. In that moment he started using his body as a medium between Lumina and Thomas, and for a moment all their senses were linked, showing Lumina the inner turmoil in Thomas's mind, how it was trying to find certain emotions to use, but it just couldn't, at the same time it was unable to focus on anything but the pain he felt, even being denied the safeness of a place to hide away in inside his mind. Truly he felt empty, but there was still one thought in his mind 'was i able to help anyone?' being more concered for others rather than himself. Siegfried cut the connection between the two besides for the connection between their nerves that controlled how they felt touch and pain. Once that connection was finalized a small sigil appeared on Thomas's chest of a red-orange, burning feather, Siegfried figured there was probably a grey sigil somewhere on Lumina now, but he wasn't going to check. Siegfried then let go of Lumina and walked back to where he was before, speaking in a mocking tone as he did so♞...


"So, shall we begin? Or do you need a moment to prepare yourself little phoenix?"
