Layla's gaze trailed over towards Akira ever so slowly. She wasn't surprised, but in fact relieved that the trip would be shortened. Nodding her head in approval, Layla took her left hand and held onto the wrist of Akira's right hand, taking a single step closer to him. "Thank you, for all of this."

It's basically like asking for marriage... The woman can do it of course as well, but normally men do the proposing. When a man and a woman get married, they make a commitment to love, protect, and serve their loved one. In sickness and in health, till death, do we part." He said. "Marriage is also like a promise for all those things forever... We would live together, have kids... That sort of thing." He went on. "It's very complicated and I know your probably not ready for any of that stuff yet." He said before he turned to her with a smile. "We can go at our own pace. Does that sound alright with you?" He asked.

His voice trailed off after saying Akira's name. He looked at them then dusted himself off. He swung his hair away from his eyes so he can see. He seemed a bit more depressed than their last encounter.
