Lumina felt his thumb on the back on her hand, and she looked down, watching it for a moment. It was these little moments that she always enjoyed the most. A small smile found her face, and her eyes moved up to look at his face.


"You make me happy too... I feel like I grew up not knowing what happiness was.. and then I met you."


She looked back down at their hands, admiring how lovely it was seeing the hands interlaced.

A laugh came from the weapon, from Ryft. He expected that kind of reaction. It was how they always acted seeing his ability for the first time.

He laughed again, thinking about this time in the lab.

Vanille had been walking around town when she decided to take a stroll through the park. She came near the fountain, and noticed somebody just kinda... floating above the fountain. They seemed really interested in for some reason. She looked at this person, this girl actually, with a confused expression.

"Um... what are you doing up there?" She finally spoke, looking up at this girl and her interesting attire.

They seemed really interested in for some reason. She looked at this person, this girl actually, with a confused expression.

"Um... what are you doing up there?" She finally spoke, looking up at this girl and her interesting attire.

Her gaze dropped down to the fountain.


"Yknow, that is a good question. I wonder how they made a lot of things. Fountains are no exception."


She nodded at the fountain, looking back up at Levya.

Elyse looked at him as he talked about the menu, laughing as he leaned in, looking back to the menu. "I don't think the cooks would like that. Plus I don't think my stomach would hold that much food... I think I'll just stick with a simple burger and fries. If we're hungry after our initial meal, we can get more food."

" Yeah, you're probably right. Right then, two servings of hamburger and frech fries sounds good enough." Kili replied, nodding as he straightened himself a bit in the booth.

A waitress soon came over, taking their order, and Elyse put the menu back against the side of the table where she got it. She sat for a moment before looking over at Kili. "Yknow, I think this is the first time we've gone out to eat together."

"I'm not from earth, I'm from a different dimension too, which is kinda like you, except not really, but sorta!" She grinned, extending her hand in welcome. "My name is Vanille!"

"My book is filled with the power of my dimension, so it reacted with all of your power from... whatever it is that happened during your war!" She looked back at her book like an excited child who solved a mystery.
