The species has mutated... It can now breath underwater and blend into it's environment. It's hunted almost all of us down... Josh has created a shelter for us upstairs... I'm leaving my diary here in the basement after we go up there. Hopefully I'm still alive by then...

She closed her eyes, resting her head on his chest.

Takeshi smiled, "Alright, good." He said with a slight chuckle. When she closed her eyes and rested her head against his chest, he continued to hold her.
