  You are an adventurer, a wanderer, or just a person roaming your world. Regardless of who you are, you're lonely. You don't really have a place to call home at all. Either you lost your family, you ran away from them, or you've never had one to begin with. You yearn for allies that will defend you, assist you, and most of all, accept you. Then one day, you met him. Through some circumstances, you met a strange boy who called himself Coda. You've never seen, let alone met someone like him. You don't know where he even came from and he refuses to answer questions about his past. A real enigmatic type who seemed carefree and almost rebellious. But the longer you hung out with Coda, a weird feeling swelled up in your chest. The way he treated you felt...nice. Downright friendly. You felt something you have felt in a long time, acceptance. One day, Coda turned to you and asked if you wanted to join him. Join him in traveling to different places and escaping to worlds you've never seen with his band of adventurers. He holds out his hand to you. You take it. Little did you know, you've formed an eternal bond. And nothing will be able to shatter it.

  Hi! I'm SillyString. The Eternal Bond is a found family RP first and foremost. It will follow my character Coda and his group (your characters) traveling through different dimensions in Coda's spaceship and exploring them. Each of your characters comes from a different dimension and joins Coda for a different reason. It doesn't have to fit in with the opening. No one dimension will be the same as the other. The same goes for the general objective of when the group arrives that the dimension. The objective could be saving people, finding treasure, or just no objective at all. Despite these objectives, you guys have the freedom to steer or alter the direction of this RP. You can even slightly change the objective if you like. As I said, this is a found family RP. Relationships are an important aspect of this RP. Two characters can be besties or rivals, or they could just find each other annoying. Relationships can make or break a situation, so be sure to keep them in mind as you make the character sheet.

  • Standard RpN rules apply here. No overpowered characters, no controlling characters, etc.
  • Due to the unorthodox nature of this RP, I suggest that everyone joining should be at least 17+.
  • Two paragraphs per IC post is the minimum.
  • At least one post per week is the minimum. If you want to drop out of the RP due to low activity (or some other reason), let me know!
  • The max amount of characters one can have in this RP is three.
  • Anime/art FCs are preferred! Just be sure to credit where you got your FC from.
  • Speaking of characters, your character can be almost anything. You can even make up your own race if you want.
  • Ask your fellow writers about a pre-established relationship with your characters before putting it in the CS.
  • Not a rule, but if you guys want me to set up an OOC Discord, let me know. Though, I kinda prefer an OOC thread.

Honestly, if I was to join i'd probably pick the most basic character from a dimension where everything is normal or smtn.
