  History: Wolf with Iron Teeth was a literal dirt farmer in a village near Greyfalls, though that wasnt his passion. His interests were history, lore, and politics; he was famous in his village for constantly asking people about the 'land reform policies of the 3rd Zhwen Empire' or similar things.
  
  
  Well someone in the village got fed up with him and his trivia, and framed him for heresy. When the Immaculate Monks came for him, a First Age tomb was also discovered nearby. Deciding to kill two birds with one stone, they sent Wolf in for his 'execution'. Unfortuneatly for the monks through a combination of luck, perserverance, and knowing the proper obscure information he managed to explore the tomb unharmed. Earning his exaltation and his starting artifacts.
  
  
  Due to that experience he know believes that he has the same shard as the famous First Age Lunar Emperor Glorious Horizons, of the Su-Chen Dominion. Therefore he can call upon oaths, tasks, pacts, favours, etc that Glorious Horizons made, assuming a previous exaltation hasn't already used them.

The windblade was actually a gift for his son, that he tragically was unable to give due to the Usurpation.

The Dragonfly's Ranging Eye is where he actually got the ability." There actually is a charm that lets you use teh moon to spy on things, though it is lost if Glorious Horizons actually had it.
