Dear, adventurer or soon to be adventurer:

Now you don't know me but i know you, i have seen that you are either a great person or will be soon your name may or may not already be known. Still you want something there is a nagging feeling in the back of your mind like there is something you are missing. I know what it is you want and i can give it to you. If you want to know what it is you seek come to High Hrothgar high up on the throat of the world in skyrim. I know it maybe a long journey but it shall be worth it.

sincerely IY

High Hrothgar, upon the throat of the world was a rather cold place despite the large fires that burned seemingly without end here and there. The winds howled without end around the ancient monastery, this was not the best place for a meeting because of how remote it was and how bad the climate was constantly. Still this was the best place for the meeting Iora planned , here she was upon one of the towers and that made her feel better about the situation as she could still feel the wheels turning and the power of the tower flowing. The greybeards normally wouldn't allow such a meeting to take place but Iroa had talked them into it by explaining the importance of the meeting, few could argue with what was about to happen.

She would not have to have this meeting if not for the worm and the thalmor, if she had been closer than they would not have been able to take her, but the people she had called were the best to help her, the wheel had told her this and it was the next best thing to having an elder scroll to consult. She had failed in her promise to Sotha Sil and had he not been killed she was sure she would never hear the end of it. She would correct the problem and get everything back on track or as close to on track as she could with so many towers down.

Iora had moved one of the smaller tables in the monestary, as those stone ones weren't going anywhere and had placed it right in the entrance of High Hrothgar so it would be easily seen and no one would ask the greybeards a question that could get bad. They should be arriving soon Iora just had to wait sitting in full armor at the table, if only for dramatic effect. She had a plan for what to say but it was more fun to wing it so that was a better idea after all plans had gotten her intro this situation so she might as well wing it to get out of it.

Vollas after a couple of day's of travailing finally made it to the top of this mountain of sort's. he has heard of High Hrothgar on occasions in the pubs he has been in, but mostly he has never been to such a place. He had to set camp midway because of the darkness more yet the cold. He should be used to Skyrim's weather but somewhere deep down in him he misses the summer's of Summer set-isle. But finally he had made it to the top to find this person who said he has what he needed. He of course has a spell and Dawnbreaker in hand, just in case anything has gone sour.

After he opened the door he saw the table and walked straight towards the opposite side Iora was sitting. Right there and then he placed his hand on the table and said "Where is he" His eyes showed that thay had a twinge of anger during that statement. He then pulled the chair keeping his sword close to him at all cost's.

Larinea grumbled to herself as she made her way up the seemingly endless path up the enormous mountain, "Can't just meet in town, at a tavern, or someone's house, or a cave, nope, let's go to the top of the Throat of the World... gotta be dramatic." She muttered angrily. Of course she was mainly angry that it was the middle of the day, which wasn't exactly a good time to be on a snow covered mountain for a vampire, "Good thing I ate yesterday..." she thought, or this trip would be painful instead of just extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. She pulled her hood up a bit more, as the monastery came into view. She pushed the heavy door open with a bit more effort than she'd like, glancing at the two figures at the table. "Well... no clue who either of you are but I'll assume the one who doesn't look pissed is the genius who decided to have a completely random meeting at the top of biggest mountain in Tamriel, good choice by the way, really fun hiking up a mountain full of wolves, bears and the occasional troll."

Eius moved towards the top of the mountain. It was cold to him and this felt absolutely awful His tail was under a fur he had gotten and wrapped around his tail. When he got to the top the fur had flown away due to some wind and he was rubbing his red tail which now had a slight pain to it. "This better not be a hoax or I might stab someone" He muttered to himself as he got into view of a monastery. He had traveled up on a back-alley and now was at the back of the monastery itself, a moment of walking around and face-planting into the snow due to some ice he had made it to the front. As he approached it he could feel the difference in temperature, though he saw from where he was a girl at the door. He stayed silent though as not to alert anyone else of his presence before he got closer to the door, "Hello there, so are you all here for a meeting as well?" He asked staring at the girl and into the doorway.

Iora watched and waited it wasn't dramatic enough to talk to them as they came in , instead she figured it was best to wait till a majority had arrived there would be late comers that was just a given, she was more surprised that there weren't any people here to early time could be funny like that so at least the towers were still working in that capacity. Still it seemed not everyone liked her choice of location but it was best to be by a tower and the nearest working on was in high rock which was a good distance from where most of them were before her letter had found them.

" You should all have a seat close the door your letting the warm, what little there is out. " Iora said in a rather cheerful voice " Now once you are all nice and seated I'll answer your questions about why I called you to this tower and what it is we will have to do " She said as if any of them knew that what she had meant was not what they thought she had, but rather they got what she meant.

Vollas sat on his seat but once he sat down. He saw Dawnbreacker begun to glow, which meant that a member of the undead was here he suddenly begun to draw the sword "Who o you is a member of the damned expose yourself or in the Name of the divines and Laidy maridia i will find out myself" He said as Dawnbreacker continued to glow almost like the Sun rising. He then begun to swing the sword around gently as it glowed brightly at the child "Vampire..." He said as he walked slowly towards. The child making sure he isn't bitten, he conjered up a fire spell in his hand preparing for the attack hoping that this un dead scum attacked him first so it comes head first into the fire.

Vollas begun to slowly realize maybe she was with them he turned towards the person that guided them here, keeping a eye on the vampire "Is she with us to" he said looking at her

Larinea pulled back her hood and rolled her eyes at the dramatic man and (carefully) brushing aside the blade from her face. "Yes the 1 armed teenage bosmer, oh so dangerous, better watch out I might swallow your children" she quips as she takes a seat for herself as well. "Do you have any idea how many vampires hate everyone else entirely because of people like you?" she questions with a raised eyebrow. "Most of us aren't terribly happy with being stuck avoiding opening our mouths in public you know... well the couple dozen or so I've met anyway."

"And how much planning did you put into this little meeting?" she asked, turning her gaze to the one who called them here, "An argonian coming up a frozen mountain? not telling mister righteous over there about the vampire? might be things you should tell people"

Iora watched as the servant of a daedra felt then need to fight the child of another, really people did so easily forget the roots of their fights and not really see that they were puppets. Still the Altmer had at least a good reason to hate the undead , though why hate vampires when necromancers were his enemy and they served a completely different powers she didn't know so few made that distinction.

" You shouldn't fight here Vollas Camifeth the greybeards do not care for violence in their home and where and amateur can kill with a shout just think what several masters of the voice can do." She said and also as if to emphasize this point one of the robes old men walked by remaining silent as he was not their voice. " This was the best place for the meeting most of you already lived here and the tower was here, the next best place would have been in high rock, as for your interactions I tend to forget the petty squabbles of the daedric princes and their spawn as they shift so often" She said her tone implying she thought herself equal or even better than the god like daedra.

Eius simply moved inside quickly making sure not to bother the vampire or the other man. It felt better in here than it did out there, his tail moved around to keep warmer than before as he got feeling back to it. "The journey isn't to bad... it's the cold that bites your tail that ends you" He said with a faint smile on his lips. His eyes focused on the woman who'd supposedly summoned them here. "Next time we meet here though someone give me a memo to bring a protection against cold potion" He said sitting down in one of the seats further away from where the others had been sitting. He honestly didn't want to be to close to anyone since all the people who he'd gained visual access to where elven. "I don't understand what the problem is with a vampire though... Lycan's get a blood-lust and transform any time they please. So a vampire isn't as bad a threat as them, one smites you in the center of town and feasts on you while the other nips you takes blood and flee's" His voice showed no hostility towards any type of race. Which would make sense considering the fact he was an argonian in skyrim, while that wasn't the strangest sight he would probably be the first one they saw atop a freezing mountain.

Favnir sits in the back of the ancient monastery had made his way in by not making a sound trying not to let anyone see him he was interested in what this person had to offer to him he stays in the shadows of the building he was still new to Skyrim and still was trying to find his way around as he see everyone he listened in on them and stayed quiet. as three of them talks and one pulled his sword he couldn't help him self but to smiled at the word of the vampire and how she speaks to the man. "Pulling his weapon on someone who may be stronger then you is a death wish" he whispered to him self.

Vollas continued to look at the child. He then gritted his teeth as he then final disarmed himself putting Dawnbreacker in his sheath "Very well Vampire but if you put one foot out of line then you will pay" He said sitting in the seat now, waiting for the meeting to start "I agree why didn't you tell us there were other people for all we know this was going to be a set up..." He said his paranoia setting in a bit as he continued to look at the girl as well as the person who sent them here.

"Also what is the superiority complex you consider greater then the daedra so you consider yourself a aedra, This is blasphemy on the greatest of level's unless you prove you have god like power." He said as he then begun to look at her gripping his fingers underneath the table wondering why she concider's herself higher then a god.

Iora chuckled, a high elf that didn't know the difference between the aedra and daedra was completely made up by the aldmer. Well few remembered their history or really understood their language. It was really funny considering one of them worshiped a fallen magna-ge now a daedric prince, not that there was much difference between the two aside from the magna-ge leaving and the daedra never having made the world though they were essential to the wheel.

" It is habit carried though the eras from my people and inflated by the tribunal of morrowind, but you can see how well that turned out for those three. " Iora said in an offhanded manner" Now i think it is time for a lesson in the roots of words Aedra means in altmeri our ancestors, for in a way that is true and they did give up a better part of themsleves to make the world killing or driving them mad in the end, and Daedra means not our ancestors for they did not take an active part in making the world but made their own realms inside themselves so they would not give up anything. Now who is more powerful is a debate that shoudl include location for on mundus the Aedra can force a deadric prince out but on their home plane of oblivion little could beat a prince. Seeing as you lack knowledge of the Aedra i will also inform you that Merdia was almost a lesser Aedra but she left becoming magna-ge with magnus however she fell and became a daedric prince " Iroa lectured giving out long forgotten or obscure knowledge " Now the Aedra and the Deadra are actually the third generation of gods, well second to exist in the aurbis, witht he brothers existing outside it. Now they can not change the wheel they can try but they are bound by their lack of death they can never gain the power of the brother mortals can, and a few do." Iora explained before reaching up and taking off her helmet, her pale skin made her look like a very pale altmer though she was obviously not one. " Now then i think we have enough propel here or hiding about to start. I have called you all her to assist me that will lead you to what it is you think you want. " she said she had a minor idea of what to tell them after all it was hard to explain what memory was..

The vampiric bosmer rolled her eyes, "yeah yeah I'm shaking in my boots, might just soil myself I'm so scared" she says with an exaggerated bored tone. Turning back to Iora, "So now that the oh so riveting theology lecture is done what exactly do you want us to help you with? Aside from an unspecified payment that's apparently whatever we really want you've given just about no explanation as to what we're supposed to be doing" She points out, "And if I'm gonna be stuck with mister self righteous over there for an extended period I'd kinda like to know what I'm being hired for, especially since I highly doubt we're gonna be sticking to moving at night." She said, reminding them she wasn't exactly fond of moving around in daylight.

"And are we all just ignoring the guy hiding in the corner over there or am I seriously the only one whose noticed him?" She asked, pointing over in the direction the man was, her vampiric nature granted naturally strong vision in the dark and sometimes she wasn't entirely sure just how strong her vision was compared to normal people.

" No I invited him as well but he has good reasons for remaining in the shadows Tamriel is not exactly the most friendly to Tsaesci after their invasions and our counter invasions. " Iora explained the snake men of Akavir were not well liked, same went for the dragons that had called that place home so really nothing good had come from Akavir .

" But I will explain more " Iora said with a sigh " About a month ago a girl named memory was kidnapped from Sotha sil, that is the city not a dead chimer " Iora said she needed to put what she wanted in a way everyone could understand " Her name is Memory and you could say she is our daughter so you can see why I would rather like to get her back and while I wish I could use everything at my disposal that risks more than just my life so I have called all you here, well almost all you there is another one or two missing , but that is besides the point help me save Memory and I shall make sure whatever you want you will get " She said vastly over stating her role in Memories construction and relationship with Sotha Sil but it was simpler this way and if her serious tone didn't get it though the idea of a mother wanting to save her daughter would prove her seriousness.

In the halls of High Hrothgar

Dark crimson eyes watched the talking individuals in the shadows of High Hrothgar's halls in complete silence, listening with its ears curiously. The dark crimson eyes that lurked in the shadows were that of Gillan Llarethi, one who had also received the letter from the Dwemer. He wore a long green-blue coloured robe with a warm coat made out of the thick fur of a bear. Though his journey from the cold lands of Winterhold to the top of the seven thousand steps, Gillan had experienced much worse through the years of his long Dunmeri life. Underneath his robe, Gillan had brought his Ebony wakizashi for if things maybe went wrong though he doubted it. Unaware of her background and her actual race, the former battlemage of House Telvanni was very interested in Iora but had become annoyed of the presence of the hypocritical Altmer.

Gillan had worked for several centuries with both Bosmer and Vampires in his years back in Morrowind, especially when the Ecuvaletion faction was at the height of its influence, wealth and power. The crimson eyes of Gillan spread widely when he heared the name of the Clockwork City made by the most ancient and powerful sorcerer that had ever lived in the East, or possibly that had ever lived on Nirn, Seht the Magician. No one in House Telvanni actually worshipped Lord Sotha Sil but the non-ignorant did highly respect him and Gillan was and is no exception. Although highly curious what Iora had to say, the illusionist remained quiet and listened carefully.

Eius felt a chill run up his spine as he felt something strange. Though the mention of the Tsaesci made him a bit more at ease though it didn't really help to much in all actuality. He had a stranger feeling though as he noticed something else was there in the darkness previously mentioned. "Did you invite something that is less friendly to my kind as well? Their scent is a bit repulsive" He said as his eyes turned to slits in a form of anger though not completely. He felt the need to harm something though it wasn't what he could do just yet. "As for your Daughter.... why didn't you seek help before? If you loose your child you don't let them simply disappear. You would search for them as you had wished, Inform a guard, or try to inform someone like any of us earlier" He said as his eyes gradually began to return his mind clearing from the rather aggressive thoughts towards the other race.

" My situation is a bit more complex, she was taken while I was away and the wheels where she lives and the few that know of her generally make timely communication difficult. " She said though it was an understatement about how hard it was to get any news about memory the very bottom of the world was not exactly a place with courier to take letters here or there. " That is also part of the reason I don't go to anyone else another part is because of who I am sure took her they have eyes and ears all over so letting them know I know they took her would spur them into action " Iora explained this was also part of the reason she knew they wouldn't hurt Memory they needed her.

Larinea glanced back at the attempted stealth of the Tsaesci, shrugging her shoulders, she noted another hiding in the shadows in a different part of the room and shook her head. "since a third of the people here are hiding anyway why don't i just turn invisible and even things out?" she said, waving her arm, a soft glow briefly emanating from her palm though she didn't actually use her spell. Putting aside her mild annoyance for the moment she turned back to the task at hand, "well what do you know about the situation then? who took her? why? where maybe? any trail for us to follow?" she questioned, trying to get as much information as possible.

Who is a simple but complex problem, and it requires another history lesson. To keep it simple I have very good reason to believe it was the group most commonly known as the worm cult. The worm cult has existed since sometime in the early second era. It is an order of necromancers that during the oblivion crisis tried to destroy the mages guild, but before that they were involved in the dragon break known as the warp in the west where their leader Mannimarco apparently both gained and did not gain godhood. ” Iora explain knowing things about such breaks was something of a specialty of hers she might forget some key players but she knew the results and they were rather interesting, her people’s legacy one might say. “ As for where and why I don’t know they covered their tracks well enough I could not follow them and the wheels did not even know ” Iora said with a sigh obviously sad at the lack of clues “ I was thinking of appealing to a higher source of knowledge , an elder scroll while I doubt any free ones reside in skyrim right now after the oblivion crisis all the collected scrolls vanished and were scatter though time and space so the problem is finding one, which I think might be in another tower ” Iora said glossing over the fact likely no one would know what a tower was or what it meant.

The halls of High Hrothgar

Gillan's dark crimson eyes closed as he concentrated on the flames of the torches that hang on the cold stone walls of High Hrothgar. The mind of the Dunmeri individual was empty for a moment until it was filled with a red energy, an energy of light and life, the energy of fire and Gillan made the torches that hang on the walls spread more light and the Dunmer that first sat in the shadow now could be fully seen. Gillan opened his eyes and looked calmy at those around him, when the name of the powerful and ancient King of Worms was mentioned, Gillan swallowed and remembered the stories his former archmagister always told him about his participation in the Alliance War of the Three Banners in the Second Era. When Iora mentioned an elder scroll, the former battlemage raised his eyebrows and asked carefully.

"You speak of powerful individuals and artifacts, madame, I understand that you're looking for someone dear to you but looking for an elder scroll? Why would such a powerful and mystic artifact help you, could you even read an elder scroll? And most of all what's this talk of towers, my master mentioned it on a few occasions but I never knew what he actually meant, so please do explain."

It was about time that dunmer bothered to show himself really with so many anti social individuals it was almost a funny idea that they would be able to work together, but they would Iora was fairly sure of that after all there was nothing like a group of misfits to get things done. Still this was far more lecture than actual planning, but she did use strange terms to others.

" That is a complex topic that none but magnus and maybe not even he could explain . The towers to put it simply hold reality together, but they also make it each tower can make reality but every reality is equal so they dance so to say. There are some well known towers you will know a few Ada-Mantia the Adamantine the ur tower made by the Aedra before nirin was finished, Red Tower the volcano of morrowind made by Lorkhan falling there, White-Gold the first tower but not made first in the imperial city, Crystal-Like-Law the tower of the high elves of summer set destroyed during the oblivion crisis, Snow Throat the very mountain we are now on, Green-Sap a tower that walked made by the bosmer, Orichalc the tower of sunken Yokuda , and Walk-Brass the Anumidum and the vessel for my people's desired ascension. There are likely more but those are the best known now then as to why the Elder scrolls might tell us what we need is because …. well for now that will be my little secret we dwemer always did love secrets" Iora chuckled after giving yet another lesson and outing herself as a dwemer a race that should be dead.

In the halls of High Hrothgar

All the pieces of the puzzle that Iora was giving them finnally came into place in Gillan's mind and he realised what she was telling them. His eyes had spread widely after fully listening to the Dwemer, Gillan had never met an actual Dwemer but he had heared several stories about the Dwemer named Yagrum Bagarn but he wasn't sure if he was still alive. After thinking quietly for a moment, Gillan spoke again.

"The towers.. the Red Tower, once the home of the Mad Dark Lord of the Red Tower who was as mad and intelligent as he was powerful. But you're a Dwemer, a Deep Elf, a member of a race that had been mostly wiped out during the First Era. Tell me, were you able to save yourself from vanishing in the same way as the individual Yagrum Bagarn was able to? And you believe that there's an elder scroll in a tower, but do correct me if I'm wrong but I thought that only the Snow Throat was the only tower present in Skyrim?"

Iroa shook her head she had not seen Yagrum Bagarn, as he styled himself the last dwarf and she was willing to let him have that title she would be the last dwemer and he the last dwarf. " Yagrum Bagarn was on another plane I was here on nirn, the mechanics behind why we did not vanish or rather why we did not ascend or become a zero sum are similar. Dwemer have an ablity unlike all others called the calling we could speak and touch others no matter the distance though out minds alone, that was how all were taken they were called; Yagrum was not one this plane so the calling could not reach him. I also could not be called during the war of the crag I went to deeply and found what lies below the world and after a few revelations combined with my peoples own great knowledge of the way the world work I changed and that change for the most part cut me off from the calling so I could not be taken with the others. " She explained leavign out the technical details and what exactly she had gained despite the Dunmer being the most likely to know the term if he followed Vivec. " And yes there are no more towers here but there is one in high rock, the Ur-tower Ada-Mantia"

"You want us to head for High Rock with you and head for the Adamantine Tower on the Isle of Balfiera at the Illiac Bay. A far distance, could be a dangerous one with the witchmen of the Reach though looking at my travelling companions, I believe that we there's a higher risk that we will fight each other if some won't stop with their hypocritical beliefs."

Gillan turned at the Altmer for a moment but then quickly looked back at Iora. Though he never really admired the Dwemer, he respected Iora and a small smile appeared on his face as he spoke to her.
