Alright, cool. I'll make a short wrap-up post and tie in some of my characters hearing the commotion, perhaps a few guards finally making their way down?

Do you mean "finally making their way down" as in finally being finished off? I was planning on doing something like that. I figured I'd wrap up with a surveillance drone observing the aftermath of the scene from above or something, just to reinforce that the conflict has ended since any guards in the immediate area would probably either be fighting or fleeing. I should probably be able to get a post up tomorrow.

I was loopy and didn't word that right whoopsie. I mean moreso that someone would notice the carnage and report it. So yeah, that works for me. Perhaps then we can switch to a place where the aftermath is being discussed and what actions should be taken afterwards?

No prob, I sort of got what you were going for. And sure, I would be okay with a scene change like that if you would like to decide where it will be and what kind of people it will involve. As in whether it it will be guards, locals of the area, etc. I think I could jump into just about anything, so I'll leave the choice up to you.

Hmm yeah maybe we can first go back to the first two characters discussing the aftermath, maybe any potential shifts in opinion before they then discuss the change-up in commanders that seems to be brewing as a result of a successful rebellion attempt.

I figure much of the Raymond character's inspection will take place off-screen, I just started off from his point of view to set up his involvement with the inspection and also to have the first upscale environment in the story so far. Don't worry too much about setting up an encounter between your character and him in the first post since I can jump into another role for the time if need be.

Alright so Anthony is basically having to verify that the bodies belong to the correct people so that they give a proper "burial" or moreso to see if anyone managed to escape/was a traitor.

Sure thing. I was planning on having my character's field of expertise be more oriented towards operational security protocol, counter-espionage, and information systems skills than forensics and such, so the two characters could more or less be peers in terms of the hierarchy, without a huge rank or authority gap between the two of them.


Not sure if I'll have it up by tonight or tomorrow, but I don't think it will take too long. On that note, I do appreciate the consistency on your end.

Yeah, latest update says that they're implementing all the stuff like the new BBCode editor, NightLyfe, etc. etc. It is going down on August 8th and it may be down until the 15th which is a whole week. Earliest is potentially August 10th.
