Yes I did! Is she going to be more of a NPC character? If so, it's up to you and how much detail you put in. When I GM I often like to do a less detailed sheet for my NPCs, just to put a face to the name and some basics about them. But it's optional.

If a main character, then definitely do a CS.

The king ordered Christopher to oversee her arrest and have her questioned, but it was Christopher who sentenced her to death.
