Personality:
Leah is not typically like stereotypical women. She does not taste like vanilla and smell like honey. Her thoughts are not fields of tulips and bright skies. Leah is coffee, vodka and cigarettes. She dreams of junk yards, of being elbow deep under the hood of a broken tuck. She enjoys the feeling of fixing vehicles, it's most likely because on a subconscious level, it feels like it is the only thing that she can fix. She hates the taste of the self pity and guilt she's constantly drowning in, and tries to wash it out with alcohol and king sized cigarettes. There is this chip in her shoulder, but she even refuses to see it, pretending that her faults are somehow everyone else's. She tends to be quiet most of the time, lost in thought, with the occasional sudden up-roar set off by her piping hot temper and remarkably low tolerance for anyone else's shenanigans. Leah isn't always hard to get along with though. This doesn't mean she can be nice, but underneath her rough shell, she attempts to let small gestures of kindness out. It takes a keen eye to notice them. These gestures can be anywhere from reminding someone to wear their seat belt, to sharing a bag of chips, to picking up for a friend in an argument and making attempts to cheer someone up. It's not that she's afraid to be friendly, or doesn't know how, it's just that she's constantly mentally exhausted and it takes too much effort.

Background of character
Bio)At the age of 17, Leah had a thirst for alcohol that seemed to never be quenched. With six overbearing brothers, an absent mother and father who was always too caught up in his work to notice her spiraling out of control, Leah had only her brothers to catch her when she fell. Her eldest brother, Lucas, had let her move in with himself, his wife and children just before the Walkers came. Working in a garage with mostly ex-convicts, Leah had turned out to be a bit of a hard case. Loving to work with automobiles, she stayed mainly at the shop. At one point in her life, she'd even gotten into the habit of sleeping there. After the woman had really shown the first bit of true dedication in her life, the remains of the family raised enough money to buy out the business and give it to their younger sister. It was her pride and joy. As the virus hit though, the family broke apart. It'd been weeks since the lady had heard from any of the brother's who'd normally been calling every few hours. Leah left and headed back to the alligator farm she'd been raised on, just outside of New Orleans. As she arrived, she'd noticed it'd been totaled. A note had been left behind, signed by a few of her brothers saying to head east, but not alone. Ever since, she's been hopping from group to group as she made her way across the country in search of her family.

She is also very secretive about herself, preferring not to discuss her personal life. She is very tough and almost never complains. She has a preference for long bladed sharp weapons, which she uses to decapitate the undead or cleave their brain in two. She however is not proficient in firearms usage. She strives for grace and poise in every attack she makes.
Where is your character from: Hong Kong
Background of character:
Xian was born and raised in China. Her father, who was the Chief inspector of the Hong Kong Police passed away when she was only 10 years old. He was killed by an enforcer of the Wo Shing Wo Triad, but before her father's death, he taught Xian martial arts and she continued practicing even after his passing. After graduating top of her university's class, she joined the Hong Kong Police force and was placed in the first female crime squad; but she and her female colleagues were never put in the field and their male superiors did not train them the way they promised they would, so Xian concluded that the group was only for show.
Her superiors decided to send her to the Royal Palms Resort to be an informer and to spy on the Westerners that visited and stayed at the island. Even though her work dishonors her father's memory, she knows she can do much, much better. She wants an opportunity to prove herself, and apparently the zombie outbreak was that opportunity.
