Fantasy The Day We Remember

Please read the authors notes section before reading this, I want to make a couple things clear (its at the bottom)​

100 billion bc... Within the depths of Oblivion a thought was created. This thought said life and so a creature known as the Arch Sage was born. The Arch Sage was powerful, but he had nothing to rule over, so he created a palace within Oblivion. But yet he didn't feel as if it was complete, he still needed something to rule, so he created his son's known as the Sage's. But he still felt like he kept them too confined so he gave them each a world of their own known as Universes. But his sons were not content with this, they wanted to rule as well. Like their father, they had children known as Sovereign and gave them each a world of their own known as Galaxies. And they were the same, they had sons known as Deva's.


But there was one galaxy that was different, it was ruled by twins, one male and one female. Their galaxy was quite small and they had constant feuds. This brings us to a tale from over 4 billion years ago when the two decided to play a game to end all feuds. It took seven days to create their game board and build their fortress, one in the sky one below the surface. Then the brother created his first two children, named Adam and Eve, he named them Prophets and the sister created her first two children, named Lucifer and Leviathan, She called them Demon Kings (or Queens..). They each possessed special powers that were from a portion of their parents own power.


As the years passed the children went to live in the fortress of their parents and more children were made. There were also many sub species made in the process. The Brother made a species called the Angels and among them were the Arch Angels. The Sister made a species called the Demons and among them were the S-class Demons. Then there were the humans a species among many others that had arisen from the Brother's and Sister's influence. They took to calling the game board Earth. They were deemed very intelligent, so much that their intelligence rivalled that of the Prophets and Demon Kings. But the humans knew nothing of the powers that were possessed by the other species, until the war happened...


In the year of 2063 a great war broke out. The Brother and Sister grew tired of their little game and decided to kill each other. They used their game board as their battle field. The destruction was massive, but the war raged on. The humans yet again evolved under the influence of the brother and sister. Now they had the powers that they had never known before, the powers of magic. But this was not the only change to this world, for when the Brother and Sister clashed their blood mixed into the soil they stood on and gave life to a new being, a Deva created between the two of them, one far more superior than other Deva's, one with the power of a Sovereign. This creation sided with humanity after being discarded by its own mother and father. We called this creation the Demon Prophet.


In time the war finally ended, with the brother and sister seeing eye to eye, but a new one quickly started. Another Sovereign attacked the galaxy that humanity resided in. The original Demon Prophet gave his life to protect ours. He was cast into Oblivion never to be seen again, but Prophecy states that he will return to defend the Humans once again. But even so as this happened the brother and sister created more Demon Prophets to defend against the threat that was sure to come. And the Humans also readied their selves or this.

Setting

Our story takes place in the town of New York, where all of our characters may not reside but will be on their way there at least, as it is written in fate... or something like that. But any ways as the story progresses the setting may change drastically one arc you could be on earth and in another you could be in another galaxy, so be prepared for change. Also the year is 2130, and no there are no hover cars humanity is basically just finishing building back up again, but even New York isn't the same as it was, the city was designed to be similar but there are less sky scrapers and more country side.

Magic
​

Magic is an essential part of this role play, so I figure I should give you a little description. There are literally millions of different types of magic but there are five base magic's: fire, wind, lightning, earth, and water. Essentially each magic is a spin off of these five. There are also what you call ultimate magic, The Black and white elements, they are the most powerful forms of each of the base elements and it is a mages goal to master one element in either their white or black form. The brother uses white magic and the sister uses black magic, basically the end result depends on your personality, you will master the element in white form if you are a good and kind person but you will master it in black form if you are a evil and rotten person. If you are a completely neutral person, which is a one and a million chance you will gain a mixture of the two. Demon Prophets are the only beings known to have had gained a mixture of the two. Also there a special abilities. Humans do not have these abilities, Demons and Angels have minor special abilities, and anything above them have special abilities that get better as you move through the ranks.

Rules and Authors Notes

Finally I'm almost done just some rules/ authors notes. Rules are:


1. Follow all RPN rules


2. This role play will have romance but its not the main intent


3. Be literate, everyone makes spelling mistakes and grammar mistakes but please try not to have too many


4. I require at least 4 good sentences per post, I hate one liners


5. Please follow the lore of the role play and don't go making up your own Demon kings and Prophets, I will be posting all of them as NCPs


6. Each person is allowed to have 4 characters,which is a bit more than I usually have. Details on this will be included on the character sign up page


7. No perfect characters, your character is not god, god is already an NCP...


8. No bunnying or god modeing


9. Have fun!


Okay so now that the rules are done I just have to comment on a few things. First of all this role play has some Christian aspects because I came up for the idea of it while I was in church, I ask that you please not be turned off by this because the role play its self will hardly involve God and the Devil, they will only be referenced, so no matter what religion you are I ask that you at least read the whole thing and give it a chance before making any decisions. Secondly, on a less important note, This role play will be made into a Forum role play as soon as the system for creating them is back up and I find someone who can co moderate along side of me, so if you like this role play and want to give me a hand it would be a huge help.
