If the situation is deemed bad enough you may also request Euclid class artifacts with military authentication."


Blue stands and arranges some paper work. "Will you be requiring basic training?"
 
The mare hands Blue the bits and glances at Seem (Those are for his weapon costs and Blue should know) before she walks out. As she steps out she turns to a light blue unicorn in Navy Blue armor and whispers " Sergeant do a quick scan to ensure he has not given us a fake"

Blue writes on a slip of paper. "Present this to the train conductor, he will take you to a secure Ministry site. Good luck Doctor."

The mare stops him as he leaves the room " Blue is not very good at explaining so I do need to clarify some things before you get a big head. First off when he told you that you do not have to obey anyone below the rank lieuteneant he forgot to specify that is among normal military standards. You will have to obey any orders given by someone ranked above private first class that is a member of the Dawn brigade and officers of ranked brigades when you are without a CO. (Everyone starts out with the power level of a private, see http://www.fimfiction.net/group/203829/twilights-dawn/thread/115895/character-creation-sheet-and-more at the bottom of the page to see what the hierarchy is in a brigade. Also an elite seargent and above will be able to beat you for now while if you are creative you can beat any lower ranked member
