Fandom The Dawn Brigade, Equestria's Fall (EF)

"Well let's see, Blueshift is here, Blazing was summoned to Canterlot due to suspicious activity, and the squad member mentioned in the files known as Heaven Star went MIA during the Crystal Empire incident."

"Ah, darn it. I rather liked having a ninja with us and Blazing was just an outright hoot to hang out with." Star almost looks a bit sad about the lack of the usual party.

Greenwall walks to the center of the circle and pulls out a emerald and places it where all the lines join together "Alright men we will be teleporting deep into enemy territory. You will have two minutes of invisibility to reach the base of the mountain and enter a disguised cave. A spell has been cast on each of you to make the entrance appear to glow green."

Smirking Greenwall says "Oh and make sure you don't get blown up by our mages' special packages."

"Heh, speedy horseshoes don't fail me now." He was an enchanter after all so cheating is expected. "Into the breach, ma'am?"

Greenwall nods before looking at the head mage "Please tell me you're more competent than your lackies.

The old unicorn just smirks before he sends his magic into the the jewel. A shock wave erupts from the jem as a blue portal appears at the center of the diagram. Greenwall braces against the shockwave, her mane and tail flapping widely until it subsides. "Onward men!" She shouts as she charges through the portal.

Greenwall bursts into existence with a large explosion as she lands about two hundred yards from the mountain's base. Sprinting forward she notes that her invisibility was indeed intact.

(Note climate is similar to most of canada)

Star Craving does not even react to the burst of energy as the portal opens having seen larger ones in the past. He just chuckles before jumping in and making a dash for the entrance the moment he materializes on the other side relying on his enchanted equipment to make up for his subpar physical skills.

Runs toward the same spot not too far behind the commander remembering to not look back in case the explosion is happening. After all, not only must this mission work but everyone must look cool doing it. Heh.

Greenwall bursts through the fake wall and suppresses a scream as she fell three meters, her armored leggings saving her from a nasty sprain, or worse. Damnit they could have told us there was a bloody drop

Making it through the illusion Star only has time to mutter to himself before falling. "Should have broke out the air dash enchant." He really hopes his legs hold up to this.

"Look out below." Star hits the ground hard but in such a way as to roll with the force hoping to keep his legs functional. "I'm suing whoever reconned this." He scurries across the ground in case more of the soldiers come barreling in behind him.

Waits to see if anyone is directed toward the wall. "So then, where to form here?" Star decides to ask while more of the soldiers make their faithful fall.

Greenwall places a small gem onto the ground before sending a burst of magic into it. A bright green light fills the air as several tables, stacks of parchment, and food fills the area.

"We set up operations"

"Oh joy, the best part of being in the field. Making a new hq. So, what do I need to set about doing?"

"I thought he was just behind us." Star looks around for the other memorable member of the group. "Also, that gem is handy. Where can I get me one for a personal mage's tower?"

"Heh, if by personal you mean squad, and by mage you mean enchanters and if by tower you mean tent, You can buy one from the Dawnbrigades stock master for onethousand bits. You can get a reusable one for ten thousand bits, oh and you have to stock it yourself" Greenwall gives an innocent grin

"Well so much for that plan. I dread asking about an alchemist's tent then. You think we enchanters have to use a lot of items, yesh. So, I suppose we should look over the map and start memorizing our goals, yes?"

"Ah! yes of course" Greenwall unrolls a large map and pins it to a table using four daggers. Grabbing a quill she marks a circle around the base of the mountain "We are here" Up towards the north wast she writes blow up with a line pointing towards a tower "the enemies main barracks is here." Then she moves directly north the the HQ and marks an X" Intel says the lab is here"

"A shame Heaven isn't still with us. Subterfuge is much easier with ninjas carrying it out. Should I be preparing some white cloaks with some extra stealth effects for intrusion?"

"No we need to get a move on before the griffons suspect something is up." Greewall walks towards the center of the cavern before firmly, but quietly saying "Attention! The Lunar brigade's men will scout out the griffons laboratory. 2nd squad will be led by Star to create a distraction at the enemies main barracks. Once the distraction has been made and the Lunars have stolen adequate information the bulk of our force will proceed to the laboratory and destroy any weaponry found there. 2nd squad should proceed to the lab as well once their mission is complete

"Ah. Should we look to simply sabotage their munitions or did we get some little flash bangs to play with? If not, well I can work something out."

Greenwall glances over to a pile of pots forming in the corner. "Wild Fire" Greenwall shutters before continuing " That stuff is potent, but I'm pretty sure the griffons will have quite a few explosives stockpiled, and the bigger the bang the better"
