I can understand, and I hate being an asshole, but give him a dead line, like you already did, but start the RP. I can understand wanting till everyone is set up before starting up, but that is the nature of things. We can start and he can catch up. Hell I'll even catch him up tomorrow, or whenever. I've been out of the game for a few months, and I'd like to get back to it.
