Ankasha curtsied playfully, "My, what a gentleman." She laughed and danced into the room.


"Ugh, sweet bliss." She sighed, falling onto one of the beds.

 

[Caits]

Kalinda struggled slightly against the rising turmoil, her heart rate immediately rising, her muscles straining, and her wings shook violent for a minute. Alica ducked in close, gliding more then flying, focusing on the winds, and Kalinda copied her movements. "Well, you are the wind a after all" she called back to Analise, her voice slightly strained.


Abigale watched the students, some already aiming for the ground. She slowly increased the power, watching them all, wanting to test their abilities

Analise cocked her head, watching the teacher. She was very powerful, what was she? Focusing, she haltingly flew up to the teacher. "How do you hold so much power? How are you doing that? Can we learn how to do that? I can create wind, I can't create storms, that'd be so cool." She chirped.

Abigale just smiled, watching other students and making sure that when they started towards the ground they reached it safetly "it takes practice, dedication and a lot of hard work and time" she said "you will get there eventually, for now, you are still young. Enjoy learning about your abilities and enjoy discovering just how far you can go."


Kalinda tried to focus as long as she could, but when Alica began to falter, Kalinda ordered her down, going with her to make sure the hawk reached Safety. A gusr of wind Caught Kalinda when she went to land, throwing her back into the air, and forcing her to cry out in pain. She struggled to stay airborne, and as soon as she could, landed on the ground panting

Analise cried out, releasing her powers to send winds to soften Kali's landing, distress curling in her at seeing her friend almost break her wing. She shot down to her, "Are you okay? I saw your wing bend, it looked liked it hurt." She said in a small voice, thrown off at the thought of the winds hurting a friend. She'd always seen them as an ally and was unused to it having a negative effect in her life.


Ankasha yawned as she stirred, waking from her nap. She turned, looking at JD on the other bed, smiling at how childlike he looked. She groped for her pillow and whipped it at his head after a few minutes, bored but too lazy to get up.

 

[Caits]

Kalinda looked over as Analise spoke, shrugging. She wasn't use to people caring about her. It made her feel vulnerable. "Um. Yeah no, I'm good, thanks" she said, gently picking up Alica "I should have told her to land sooner" she gently looked Alica over, Mouse trotting towards them, the rain plastering his fur to his body, and she smiled "I'm probably going to have to wash him now" she said, looking up as the storm eased, and Abigale landed.


"Well, you all did well, better then I thought for s bunch of hatchlings. Still you have a long way to go. That's it for this lesson, so it looks like you have a few early minutes"

The bell rung for next class, me I finished the clubs preparations and used extra Time to yell at the people in the game. When the bell rung I sighed and looked at my schedule


"Hmm...looks like I have empowerment and affinity next" I got out of the chair and ran to class, using a shortcut I got their at same time as everybody else. Blaze followed me inside growling at people he didn't trust seeing them as meat he crouched down like he was going to pounce on the students, oh well can't control him

As soon as they exited the class, Ana tackled Kali in a hug, holding back tears as her winds formed a soft cocoon around them.


"I'm sorry, I'm usually not this emotional, I swear. I know you get uncomfortable with emotions but I just...c-can you just give me a moment." She murmured, her voice wavering in emotion as she clutched Kali like a teddy bear, ignoring when Kali tensed. "When you fell, just the way..it just brought back some bad memories. I'll explain later. Just. Just give me a second." She said, her voice muffled by her face being buried in Kali's shoulder.

I wake up and throw my pillow at ankasha and laugh "good morning." I say to her jokingly and stand up stretching my wings.

 

[Caits]

Kalinda was taken aback, and found herself tensing, fighting the urge to push Analise away, suspecting that if she did it would just make it worse. Just how, she wondered did it come to this? Letting a goddess cry on my shoulder! She bit her lip, again holding back a remark that might just make it worse.


"Nothing happened. It's okay. I'm okay. Come on now." she said softly instead, and prompted by Mouse, gave Analise a hug.

 

[Dark Elfling]

Ankasha caught her breath, caught by surprise at his wings, and hers curled out in instinct, the combined wingspan of both of them filling the entire room, their wings curling towards each other, the tips brushing against each others. Jolting at the sensation, Ankasha jumped up, her wings snapping closed, her face red. "We should go. Ana's class is probably out by now. I'll introduce you her and Kali." she blurted, her voice loud in the silence, she quickly slipped out of the room, pressing her hands against her cheeks in hopes of cooling them.

 

[Kameil]

I follow her blushing some but I hide it easily, at least I hope. "Lead the way." I say happily for I was exited to have something to do and someone to hang out with. I didn't have a lot of friends at home so this is a new feeling to him and he likes it.

 

[Dark Elfling]

Ana mentally cursed herself for screwing everything up. She could usually control herself so much better. Casting her eyes downward, she stepped away, giving her some personal space in compensation for the hug. "Let's just forget that happened." Her eyes darting around, she easily fell back into her bubbly personality when she saw Ankasha approach with someone else. "Hi, Ankasha! Who's this? I'm Analise, you can call me Ana." she chirped, thrusting her hand out at JD.

 

[Caits]

Kalinda gave Analise a smile and nodded, relieved but trying not to show it, the invasion of her personal space was over. She glanced over at Ankasha, and the stranger, shifting awkwardly and wondering if she would ever get a second when she didn't have to act like she was happy being surrounded by people. She sighed softly and stroked Mouse

"I shake her hand "im JD ankashas friend." I say as I stand beside ankasha and yawn some still waking up and hoping he didn't have bedhead.

 

[Dark Elfling]

"So, where've you been? I heard creation was cancelled today." Ana commented.


"I got lost, and met JD, and by then I was exhausted from hunting for the class in this damn gigantic campus so we-" Ankasha abruptly stopped, coughing awkwardly. "We, ah, just decided to go and take nap. Then we woke up and met you, how was sky manipulation." She muttered in a run on sentence, trying to divert Ana. Ana smiled knowingly, glancing pointedly at JD and raising her eyebrows suggestively at Ankasha. Ankasha threw her a look saying they'd talk later and to drop it. "Well. Sky manip was pretty fun, we flew thorugh a storm it was great! Let's go and get lunch, yeah?" Ana said, a fake smile plastered on her face. As they wandered to the cafeteria, Ankasha held Ana up, whispering, "I'm not the only one that's spilling later, you better tell me what that was about." Ana reluctantly agreed, and they rejoined JD and Kali.

 

[Daimao]

"Woah sweet wings man," Noctis exclaimed, popping out of Kalinda's shadow, a slice of pizza in one hand and the rest of the box in the other. Wrath also carried his own pizza slice in his mouth. Handing the nearly full pizza box to Kalinda, he whispered, "Nice flying. You did better than I could," before stickin out his hand to JD to shake. "My name is Noctis," he said with a grin.

 

[Kameil]

I smile at the girls and wondered why ana pointed at me but just shrugged it off as nothing as we walked. "what's for lunch, I'm starving." I said pating my stomach and laughing.

 

[Dark Elfling]

"Well, looks like the entire group's here. How much of that pizza you got?" Ankasha eyed the box hopefully.


"We could all just head to one of the dorms and eat there, if we already have pizza." Ana chimed in.

 

[Caits]

Kalinda frowned once more as Noctis came out her shadow "still oddly invasive" she said with a shake of her head, accepting the pizza box and without asking taking out a slice and biting into it, happily giving Mouse half of it when he turned his big brown eyes to her. She shrugged at his compliment on her flying, and gave Alica a bit of the meat from the pizza, "it was all Alica" she said, again with a shrug. She looked over to the new comer and said "I probably forgot to introduce myself. It's kalinda" she said, taking another slice of pizza

 

[Kameil]

I looked hungrily at the pizza and said "sounds like a good idea." Almost drooling at the sight of the pizza

 

[Daimao]

"Oh, I got plenty of pizza," Noctis said with a grin, taking a bite out of the pizza in his hand before crouching down to Wrath. "Fetch," he said, and with a happy bark, Wrath swallowed his pizza slice and disappeared, before reappearing moments later, two large pizza boxes held carefully in his powerful jaws.

Everyone cheered and Ankasha and JD led the way to the dorms, heading the dorm they took their nap in. Axis yelped happily, nipping at Wrath when he was freed of his pizza boxes, trotting happily along beside him as they joined their masters on their sojourn to a dorm.
