Kyle isn't your average girl, she much rather spend her days outside looking for something to get

didn't come into her own until senior year of high school where she started to not care about what

after knocking her mom up in college. Because of this her mother went back to work and for most of


her life, Kyle has been on her own. Senior year of high school was when she came into her own, she


started to use art and photography as an outlet for her emotions. She spent most of her time looking


around for old abandoned buildings and houses to explore.

Personality:


Conner can probably be described in many words but it all depends on who your asking. Most women will tell you he's like your very own knight in shining armor while most men will tell you he's a playful, yet, arrogant b*stard. Conner finds that it is important to only show your good side to women, with making the exception of close friends. Despite being very charming, Conner mostly only thinks of himself. If he can gain something from you then he'll be very charismatic, other than that you have to deal with his arrogant nature. Conner always loves a good joke but he tends to make jokes out of peoples flaws which some people take offense too. He is very playful with his friends, often messing with them like a sibling would and giving them a slightest of affection such as a peck on the cheek. Seeing himself as above most people, he has a problem with watching what he says which can lead him into trouble sometimes. Conner is nothing if not a man of his word, he keeps his promises and will go to any length to keep them.


Background:


Conner grew up being told he was better than everyone else. Who told him this, was his father who worked more in a week than he spent time with his family in a month. Despite being an only child, he never got much attention from his parents except for when he succeeded at something which didn't last to long. As his father managed a Law Firm Business while neglecting his family in the process, Conner's mother would turn to other solutions to fix her loneliness, such as men and alcohol.


During high school, Conner got more attention from his peers than he ever got from his parents. He was the Line-Backer for the football team and was the spit image of prince charming to most girls at his school. Though all of this changed in his senior year when a picture of him kissing another guy ended up on everyone's phones. He tried to make everything stay the same but unfortunately his popularity scale


plummeted. He eventually was forced to quit the football team because students and parents were making complaints about a gay boy being allowed to change in a locker room with other guys. The rest of the senior was terrible but eventually Conner decided it didn't matter anymore. Gay or straight, it wasn't anyone's business except his.


After high school, Conner started attending the local university where he got well-acquainted with many guys. He tried dating but it never worked out for him since many guy's hated his arrogant nature and if it wasn't his personality that scared them off it was the way he avoided any topic of 'meeting the parents'. Frankly, Conner never took relationships seriously and found that his parents were better off pretending their son was perfect in every way, including heterosexual.

Background: Peter Page was born in an ideal family. Dad with a fixed salary job. Mom with great house wife skills. Anything unsocial or unmannerly was frowned upon in his house. He had an aura about him that helped him blend with almost anybody. Peter realized soon that money was the highest power and he was aspired to earn money, by hook or crook. Personality: On the surface, Leon appears to be one of those people that your parents warned you about- more than a little crazy, and certainly involved with an assortment of unsavory activities. Should he be criticized or should someone attempt to reprimand him, he will lash out with violent language and perhaps even a bit of force, although historically he has not had the muscle mass to back up his all-too-hot temper. He generally appears to be angry, spiteful, and essentially utter hell to be around. This all changes as soon as he's around his friends, however. When surrounded by those he feels he can trust, Leon opens up quite a bit. Though he'll occasionally bicker here and there, he relaxes most of his hostility and instead is eager to experience and explore. He's tentative to make new friends and to talk in large groups, unless of course there's alcohol available. He's much more talkative then.

Background: Leon was born to an older couple and was, well, quite a surprise. His older brother, Gregg, had been born to their parents when their parents were around 19, so there was a rough twenty year gap between the siblings. Gregg owned the house that all of the Carringways lived in, and the adults all split the mortgage between them. Money was always tight growing up, and an extra mouth to feed wasn't very welcome. There was a great deal of tension that was taken out on Leon, usually by the hand of Gregg. His attendance at school was spotty due to 'illness' that usually involved him helping his father with the odd jobs he'd get. Sometimes it was cleaning, sometimes it was fixing pipes. He'd have to help out every now and then due to his father's arthritis. It was humiliating. Most of the kids at the school seemed to have had the Carringways do some job for them, and even if they hadn't, they'd heard of the dirty little boy who'd come to school in ill-fitting clothes. But no one would ever say anything to his face. He'd knock them down if they did. As he aged, he got angry. His frustration was taken out on his family and his friends, and he isolated himself for a good long while. It took a long time for him to start to mellow out again, and still he remains very bitter and on edge.

Tanner has some issues. He's a shy, sweet person at heart. He has a hard time trusting folks, but is a very loyal person to those who do earn it. Tanner has a knack for creating beautiful things...though he can get lost in his own little worlds he creates.

With no father or siblings, Tanner only had his Mom to depend on. There was nothing he wouldn't do for her. So, when she passed away due to an aneurysm, he took it hard. He was resigned to live with Uncle Marty; a sleazy man with foul intentions for the relationship. After four years of verbal and physical abuse, Tanner finally emancipated himself from the last relative he knows of. Finishing high-school was stressful , and after graduation, he realized there was no plan for him to follow through on. His eighteenth year droned by as he bused tables in a local diner. Life became repetitious. He needed an escape.

If there is one word to describe Cassie, it would be compassionate. She just cares a lot. About everything and everyone. She's almost like a mother figure to those around her. She likes to dote on everyone; ensure that they're all okay before she looks after herself. Still, there are often times whenshe is the one that needs comforting and protecting and in those moments she is childlike and sincere. A little vulnerable too, though she doesn't like to admit it.


Cassie is incredibly emphatic and picks up on a person's emotions quite easily and accurately. As a result she's a hard person to successfully lie to, and one that you'd want to go to if you needed someone to just listen. She's always eager to help if she can and lives by the phrase "If there's a good deed one can do for someone else, they have a moral obligation to do it." All she wants to do is help. It makes her happy to do good by others even if it's just something silly like being there to listen. She feels that there are times when a good chat is just as important as fixing a broken bone. She knows what it's like to feel alone and have nothing in the world and she wants to make sure that others know she is looking out for them as much as she can. While she is a little bit of a goody two shoes, Cass still knows how to have fun. She's not opposed to breaking the rules every now and then once nobody's getting hurt as a result.


Cassie has little patience for unpleasant people. She believes that a bad attitude can taint those of the people subjected to it and she hates it. She's not afraid to point out if someone is in the wrong and she'll speak her mind freely. As you can probably tell, she's got quite a hot head, despite the fact that she's usually so sweet-natured. If something ticks her off you will see a very different side to her. She's not afraid to say things like they are and has a rather sharp tongue once she's all riled up. That being said, she believes that there is good in everyone and always tries to look for it. Sometimes this desire to see whats good can make her a little naive and she trusts people that might not deserve it or that might betray her in the end.


Cassie's patience can be thin at times but she is also stubborn and passionate. She will not give up on something she has started if she knows that it is possible for her to finish it. Giving up has never been something that she's been willing to do. She doesn't like to fail others, or herself and her determination is often contagious. She's not a perfectionist but she will always give her best when she can. She likes to please people, but only if there someone she cares about. She will give her efforts for someone that she does not like or has done her wrong, but she'll make it known that she's not happy about it.


There's a more playful and flirtatious side to Cassie that comes out every now and then. While it's important to be serious when the situation matters, she also thinks that it's good to goof off and mess around too. It's important to her that she's enjoying her life and having fun. Otherwise, what's the point? You've got to make the most the little time you have. She likes to make the best of every situation put in front of her, despite the fact that it sometimes gets her into a little bit of trouble.


While Cassie isn't necessarily confident, she is comfortable in her own skin and it's very rare for someone to say something insulting that will actually get to her. She's happy with who she is and the opinions of others matter little. This is who she is and that's not about to change.

Cassie is now the only child to two loving parents, but that wasn't always the case. Her birth mother, Anna, had been seventeen and homeless when she'd given birth to her. She did not have an easy childhood. Every day was a battle against hunger, cold and fear of what might happen if the wrong person came across them while they slept. They rested in doorways and dilapidated buildings until someone ushered them on and any food they ate was stolen or very hard earned. Sometimes people gave them money or bought them a meal or a blanket but most simply turned a blind eye to their struggle. Cassie was eight when her mother finally brought her to an orphanage and begged them to take her. She was sick and worried what would happen to her daughter if she died. Cassie didn't want to go, of course. She didn't want to be apart from her mother and pleaded with her to bring her with her and let her take care of her but it didn't matter how much she screamed or cried, Anna wouldn't risk her life too. She knew she would have a better chance at life if she were part of some other family.


Cassie was thirteen when she was adopted by Robert and Margaret Hawthorne. They were very wealthy and Cassie found it so hard to believe that people could have this much money while others, like her mother, had none. She vowed from the moment she stepped through their doors that she would never be wasteful and that she would give all she could do those that needed it. She knew what it was like to have nothing, how frightening that could be, and she wanted to do her part in ensuring that others did not suffer the way she once had. She volunteers her time to charity events and shops to raise money for those who are less fortunate.


Robert and Margaret were always good to Cassie. They had been unable to have children and she was a welcome member to the family. They loved her like she was their own and she loves them dearly too, though she often wonders what happened to her mother and if she will ever see her again.


This trip with all of her friends is a very exciting prospect to Cassie. She never had the chance to travel, never dreamed that she would have, and now that she does she wants to make the most of it. She's ready to finally enjoy her life, maybe be a little bit self-indulgent and put herself first for a change.

She is quite good at writing, and did also win a couple of challenges, but never told anybody about it except from her twin brother Elliot. Elliot is something like her best friend and also the only person in her life she ever trusted. Although they were close to each other, Penny did always play the second fiddle to her brother. Her grades were never as good as Elliot's, she was never as popular as him and also their parents prefered her brother. But Penny didn't care about it, because she was always happy if Elliot was happy - well, she thought.
