  Genevieve grew up in the glitz and glam of The Myriad District. Her father was one of the main developers at IntuiTech. Gen got everything she could ever want - music lessons, toys, friends. All she had to do was say please. Gen was very fond of acting when she was a child. Most of her free time went into acting lessons or rehearsing a scene. As a child, Gen was determined to become a famous actress.
  
  
  The life she knew soon came to a halt when her mother found out her father was cheating on her. They soon divorced and a twelve year-old Gen and her mother were left with next to nothing and forced to move to The Diamond District.
  
  
  Gen was still obsessed with acting. It seemed to be the only thing that brought her joy seeing as her mother was too busy working or meeting men to spend time with her. Gen would do anything to practice her skills whether it was acting out The Odyssey she purchased for dirt cheap at the used bookstore or writing her own scripts.
  
  
  When Gen turned sixteen, she found out her father had died. It was a presumed suicide, but the news story noted that the police had said on record that the “circumstances were a bit odd. It was never mentioned again.
  
  
  Gen began traveling between The Myriad District and The Diamond District looking for acting jobs. Despite her abilities, she could never manage to get a call back. Her mother told her she was wasting her time and, being told this, she only worked harder.
  
  
  On her eighteenth birthday, Gen received a phone call informing her that her mother died in a hit-and-run car accident. Gen realized how alone in the world she really was in the world. She packed up and moved to The Myriad District. With no money to her name, Gen lived on the streets. During this time, she met a man by the name of Jeremy Scott.
  
  
  
  Jeremy told Gen that he was an agent and he could get her an acting job. She met with him in a suspiciously nonprofessional setting. Jeremy taught her the tricks of the trade and rules that she still lives by today. She lived with Jeremy for a few years before he vanished. It seemed to be an occurring theme for her.
  
  
  Gen still lives on the streets and in and out of motels, living on borrowed time and ‘borrowed’ money.

  Being the eldest, Mikael received the early burden of learning how to take care of his younger brother, Gabriel, at the tender age of ten. The Müllers live in a lovely, old-fashioned home in the Myriad District, their father making his living by running one of the biggest companies there is. A year after their mother’s death, Mikael's life started to spiral downwards.
  
  
  As someone who's father expected nothing but the best (and hard work) from him, Mikael didn’t have time to make any friends. Acquaintances yes, but never anyone who he really knows best. The people that he talked to are often customers, or small-scale managers that wanted to invest in their company. Life continued spiraling down after their father "disappeared" from their lives by staying at work or outside most of the time, leaving Mikael took look after Gabriel.
  
  
  Mikael never really liked his brother. Aside from having contrasting personalities, they never actually agreed on anything. In reality, he blames Gabe for their mother’s death. Clara Müller died during childbirth. Just like any other mom, Clara chose to save her son’s life instead of hers, and just like any other son, Mikael blamed the baby for taking his mother’s life.
  
  
  When Mikael graduated and started working, he found a place for himself, well away from his old home. After moving away, he cut off all connections he had with his family, swearing to have nothing to do with them. He focused entirely on work and gradually developed a drinking habit. He got out of his drinking spree with the help of a few friends that he had made in the Department.
