Just so I can get a feel, what is the goal in the beginning for our fairytale people? Do they need to eventually meet up at a certain location? It could help in directing my intro post.

Well, it depends how involved your character is with the civil war. For example, Red and Peter aren't involved at all so they're just going about their daily lives. Someone who is highly involved could be in battle or at a council of some sort to determine who inherits the throne, depending on which is their style. My plan is that Red and/or Peter will stumble across the humans that have been dropped in their world and they serve as an escort for them as they make their way to the center of the kingdom where Red presumes that the fighting will end and they'll crown the humans. But things may or may not be that simple...Hazardous said:

Maybe the humans being thrown into their world is a bit more noticeable? It could give everyone a reason to join together. It's essentially a dimensional portal of sorts they are traveling through. Maybe a bright light? Or a loud bang? Something that would merit investigating so we are not either roleplaying with ourselves or in small groups for too long.
I was thinking August would probably be involved in the war somehow, but I also feel like that will seclude my character from interactions.

Was just rereading my earlier post and I've only just realized that Raven picked up a silver statuette yet observed the old man through his reflection in the gold surface of the ornment. Somewhere along the lines of writing my reply, I had a blonde moment and couldn't decide what colour I liked better an decided to change it halfway through the sentence... Sigh.. -,-
