If it's not clear from my first post, the characters who are answering Malcolm's call should be meeting at The Dusty Roebuck Tavern in Kestmore, and the time is morning. Malcolm did show up a little early, so your characters can either still be on the way, in the main area of the tavern, or waiting in the back room where the actual meeting is going to be.

I'd like to think it would only make sense to bring in Vushk and his group a bit late in the meeting irp, since they came from overseas and had to walk a good distance, with rests between, most of the night when they arrived. Should I go while Aya, Malcolm, and Galahan are still interacting, or wait until after?

If you want them to be a bit late, I'd wait to have them enter the tavern. You can still write with them on their journey, though, if you're itching to post. I'm waiting for roseimps and Jabroni to post/mention where their characters are before I start the meeting.

Sounds good! I'm having a hard time being patient myself. I'm just really eager to write and not involved in enough RPs. I forgot how slow of a pace RPs can go at, but I also know people have their own lives offline.

But Malcolm will be dropping some new info soon, and it would be good for your characters to be there before that.

I feel absolutely awful but I thought maybe i'd have time for roleplay recently but things just got super busy for me and idk when ill have time or energy to reply. For now please just... ignore Lucasta ever joined the party and maybe later on i can come back when things have calmed down.

Quick question. Maybe this was in your original character profile and I missed it/don't remember it, but... The stench of the Yuan-Ti, is that something they can control? I don't mind if they have a slightly unpleasant odor about them all the time, but it's really strong in your last post.

I got a doc full of the extra info that I didn't want to clog the original sheet with, since it seemed like the huge wall of over-specific text wasn't too appropriate (rightfully so, and I agree).

Anyway, yeah... it's controllable magic. They let out a noxious gas passively, but this is the more ambient state it takes.
If I made it seem TOO bad, I'll edit it to have a more watered down effect.

Does seem a bit inconvenient for a group discussion in a small room, doesn't it? Oops.

No worries. It's good for that post, but that was my exact concern, was once they're in the smaller room (plus traveling in a group with three creatures that make you constantly want to gag would be difficult).
