A color that isn't green would defeat the purpose xD I did pick something quite light, thinking the dark teal writing would show up on top by contrast- I have no idea why it isn't ^^"

Out of curiosity: we've been mostly focusing on mentor/student pairs, with the occasional mentor/student/student. But what are the thoughts on mentor/mentor/student? For example, something more like a partnership rather than one being the understudy.

The main concern I see with this is the idea of someone becoming too smothered in attention as a understudy of two mentors (which could maybe be excused with a new member's inexperience, perhaps?), but I thought I'd push this idea out there.

Considering the fact that we're going to have one less mentor than apprentices, I feel like this would further exacerbate that and wouldn't make a lot of sense. Plus it would give the student in question an unfair advantage/amount of training and attention compared to the others.

oh i think you mean like a "i'll mentor A today, and B and C tomorrow, while you mentor C and D today, and A tomorrow" type of deal? so each apprentice can learn different things from different mentors? i could see them kinda trading off like that in the future!
