@wolfhood Evidentially, @maxacec is correct in this matter. If you read the info you'd know that Specters is what the Galactic Councils police force is called, not that they are ghosts. They're alive and kicking. And Max, they're kind of like a mix of Spartans from Halo and Spectre from Mass Effect. Think of them like that.
