They burst through the forest, sprinting to the center of the pack base. They come to a halt, with the pack surrounding them. "We have been attacked," Damien starts," two members of our scouting party were attacked by enemy wolves." The wolves gasp as the two injured wolves are escorted to the doctor. Kai steps in," They havent followed us, but we need to keep a lookout on the boundaries. They didnt want us to have more territory." He starts to look for Sierra in the crowd, anxious.

Sierra runs up to Kai and lays her head on him while holding the twins. She looks at him with a worried look on her face and asks "what are we going to do love?"

 

[Elentari]

"I dont know yet, but we are going to do it together without harming our pack," Kai holds her with the twins then turns to the pack," We will make sure this pack isnt harmed! We will get the territory! Together!" Lance and Damien come to stand beside their Alpha and Luna with a nod. The wolves all howl," Together!"

Sierra looks at the pack and says "just to be safe, the border will have extra patrol at night and during the day." She leans against Kai and keeps looking at the pack.

 

[Elentari]

"We'll have the patrols be extra cautious," Damien cut in nodding towards Sierra. Kai puts his hand around Sierra while holding Ares. The wolves disperse, leaving the pack leaders to discuss. "What pack was that? Why were they attacking us?" Lance exclaimed, confused.

Sierra holds Athena and leans against Kai. She shrugs and says "I don't know."

 

[Elentari]

"Whoever they are, they dont want us to have more territory, but with how our pack is growing, its necessary." Kai looks around, landing his eyes on the patrol team. He nodded to Lance to go to them and inform them of the changes and new recruits. Damien left to check on the injured wolves. Kain and Sierra walked inside the house with the twins, and Kai sat nuzzling Ares with a sigh of exhaustion.

Sierra nuzzles Athena and and sits next to Kai. She looks at him and asks "what if they attack our pack?"

 

[Elentari]

"We'll be ready, we will fight for our pack, and we will win." Kai sends a message to Lance and Damien to start a training session for as many people as possible. If it came down to a fight, he was going to make sure his pack came out on top.

Sierra smiles and says "ok love." She keeps smiling and leans against Kai.

 

[Elentari]

Kai lies down, sighing. Holding on close to Sierra and their children. His mind rackled with the idea of fighting for his family, his pack, his life. He runs a hand through his chestnut brown hair, letting his fingers fall heavily on the sofa. He sighs looking over to Sierra, then slowly smiles. At least he had them, he thought, he then grins at the twins. My beautiful family.

Sierra rests her head on his chest and looks back at him. She drapes her long platinum blonde hair over her shoulder and smiles back. She looks at the twins and smiles.

 

[Elentari]

Kai glances at her and says,"What should we do to get our minds off this? I dont want to think about another pack attacking." He looked at her expectantly.

Sierra looks back at him and kisses him. She blushes and places her hand on his cheek.

 

[Elentari]

"So what should we do?" He asks again.

 

[RandiBauer1]

Sierra looks at him and says "we could go for a run love." She keeps looking at him and places her hand on his chest.

 

[Elentari]

"Yeah, that sounds great," he looks at the twins knowing they couldn't join them. " We could hand the twins to the pup sitter." He tilted his head towards Sierra for her reply.

Sierra looks at the twins and says "lets do that." She looks at him and smiles.

 

[Elentari]

Kai and Sierra bring the twins to the pup sitter, kissing them bye. He and Sierra headed off towards the woods, holding hands. The breeze was refreshing for Kai, he was in his head too much about the attack. Stepping outside was a good way to keep his head clear. The little forest animals were scuttling on not caring about anything. Kai wished he had their mindset, even for a second. He squeezed Sierras hand, and glanced at her. Her face was as beautiful as ever. He smiled to himself content with her, forgetting about his thoughts with the animals.

Sierra squeezes his hand back and glances back at him. She looks at him and blushes. She keeps blushing and looks around at all the different forest animals.

 

[Elentari]

"This is nice," Kai sighed looking up,"We should do this more often."

 

[RandiBauer1]

Sierra smiles and says "yes it is. Yes we should and when the twins are older, we should bring them." She keeps smiling and looks at him.

 

[Elentari]

The peaceful moment is shattered as Lance rushes to them with a worried face. "Three of our patrolers have gone missing! None of the other patrol saw anything, and theres no sign of them being outright attacked!" Kai let's go of Sierras hand, and growls," What! How could this have happened? Who did this!?"

Sierra looks at Lance and asks "can you show us where they were last seen?" She looks at Kai and asks "could the enemy pack have taken them?"

 

[Elentari]

Lance nods his head to Sierra," Yes we can show you where they were last seen, but it probably wont show much." Lance turns to Kai," We think it was the enemy pack from before." Kai's eyes turn pitch black and he growls," They messed with the wrong pack. We are going to get our patrolers back. And then we are going to teach that pack a lesson!" He takes a deep breath and his eyes turn back to green. "Follow me," Lance says.
