The Alice Drug

At least that doctor didn't lie. The needle that he stuck in your arm didn't hurt. But when you opened your eyes you weren't in the hospital anymore, you were in a forest. A dark forest that had heavy fog in the air. Then...you realized...you were crossed with an animal.

Rabbit - When crossed with the rabbit you have this burdening feeling that you are ALWAYS late for something. Insecurities are at the high. You have rabbit ears and maybe a tail

Cat - When crossed with the cat you find yourself fade in and out of the background and have the urge to poke at people's business. You have cat ears and tail, maybe whiskers

​

Hare - Like the rabbit you have the looks, but you are more laid back and a bit mad.

​

Caterpillar - Although some may not have any caterpillar traits later on they may bloom causing you to have butterfly wings. When crossed with a caterpillar you all of the sudden have vast knowledge but usually don't want to share.

Things that you should know

​



You are in the Wonderland of Alice. Not Alice in Wonderland...Wonderland of Alice. When you were given the "Alice drug" Your body went into a coma, but your mind went somewhere else. Now you are in this forest. Your first task is to get out of it.

TASK 1

​



Get out of the forest

​

 
The swirling sky that had the color mix of purple and blue wasn't not visible from the thick forest that Antoinette was in. She lay on the forest floor feeling the heart beat of the ground while she looked up at the tops of the trees. How did she know what the sky looked like though if she had never seen it before? She felt a mix of confusion. She knew she knew much, but what she didn't know was what she wanted.


She wanted answers to the question Why am I here?


Antoinette decided to trace back her memory. She remembered the doctor and the needle. It was a necessary shot for an illness that she didn't want to get. So she went in and got it. But after that needle was pulled out of her skin, there was this type of rift in her memory and now she's here. That gap in her mind...what was it?


Slowly she got up, examining herself. Everything was in tact but her brain pounded. Ahead of her was thick fog and she could sense the presence of others in the forest.
 
The cat like creature stretched from his perch in the tree. His name is Ace, Ace Heart. He knew not where he was or what he was. His tail curled around and he looked down at it with confusion. He grasped the tail in his hands and tugged. He yelped and looked behind him. It was his tail? He moved his hands up and felt his ears. Cat ears? He thought. He swiftly jumped from the tree, landing on his two feet. He looked around this forest. There was an creepy like feeling to it. He pulled his coat tighter around himself and begin to walk. To where? He knew not.
 
Cleo Bennett refused to get up. Despite that nagging voice at the back of her head that told her she needed to, that something was wrong, she did not want to get up. She was comfy in her spot. There was a nice warm breeze, and the cool grass felt nice against her skin. Wait, grass!? Why was there grass? Cleo's eyes flung opened and she looked around. She was in a forest? "... A dream?" She asked herself, but it felt so real.


Cleo sighed, she guessed that she would have to get up after all. Cleo sat up, she arched her back and stretched her arms over her head, yawning, before she got to her feet. This was wired. The last thing she remembered was the doctor. "Hello?" Cleo called out. "Is anyone out there?" She began walking forward, unaware of the tail that trailed her, or the cat ears on her head.
 
Antoinette noticed a breeze between her legs, looking dow she realized she wasn't wearing pants and a tangtop anymore. She was wearing a short dress that had ribbons and frilly designs. Her eyes narrowed. How...odd.


Ignoring her new atire she decided to walk, wander a bit. Getting lost in the forest when she heard someone call out. "Hello? Yes I am here..." Antoinette called back. Hoping someone would answer while she walked a bit further. As she walked she heard other footsteps...but they seemed to fade in and out like they weren't there but then they were.
 
Ace's feet barely touched the ground as he ran through the forest. He skidded to a stop as his cat ears twitched. With the voice he heard he turned and took off toward the voice. He stopped in the shadows then popped out. "Hey! Where are we?" The cat asked while he watched the girl closely.
 
Maxwell shivered slightly, before curling himself into a ball, the wetness of the grass had began to seep through his clothing and onto his skin. He then rolled onto his back, and almost immediately a sharp stinging sensation shot up his spine. " holy hell." he said as he shot up from the ground, and reached back to message his tail. 'wait tail? I don't have a tail.' " What the fuck is going on!?" He screamed in a hoarse sleep cloaked voice. It was only then that he began to notice his surroundings. "lucy, you got some splainin to do" He said in his Ricky ricardo voice.


"this is obviously a dream, I mean come on, a bunny tail." It was then max's eyes widened slightly before he slowly reached up to his head, and almost cursed at the feeling of long soft ears. "well paint me red, and call me karin, i'm a flipping rabbit." Max then began to walk through the thick fog, and bushes. "hmm..never had this dream before, lets see where it takes me" ......"hopefully somewhere with boobies." He said with a soft chuckle.
 
Antoinette turned around quickly. Her eyes widened but she was not surprised to see that this guy in front of her was part cat. But how did she know this was fine? Those were the questions she could not answer. "We are in a forest." Antoinette told him. She couldn't help but state the obvious. It didn't make any sense though. She knew what forest they were in but she felt no need to tell him completely.


Antoinette heard a faint voice to her left, boobies!? She frowned at that word and crinkled her nose. "What in the world......"
 
Cleo made her way past some very tall trees. She couldn't help but to look up as she did so, this place was so pretty. As the teen walked, she could hear voices. That meant people! Cleo lowered her eyes to find two people around her age, maybe older? She stopped. The girl looked okay. But the boy, he was a cat! "Okay," Cleo told herself. "Now I know that I'm dreaming." Cleo went over and started touching the boy's ears. "I mean holy crap, you're a cat!"
 
Ace raised an eye brow at the female that was touching his ears. He smiled and his ears twitch. He reached around her and grabbed her tail. "Well looks like you are too." He gave her tail a small tug. His eyes shot to the other girl. "If we are cats you have to be something too. What are you?"
 
Cleo let out a cat like hiss when the boy tugged at her tail. What the heck? She didn't hiss, ever. Her hands dropped from his ears and went to her own tail. Cleo gasped in awe, she was a cat! When did that happen? She reached up and grabbed her ears, she had cat ears too. This was too much. Maybe it was time to wake up now.
 
Ace smiled at the girl as she hissed. He held out his hand to the girl. "My name is Ace, Ace Heart." He grinned and begin to poke at the girl. "So who are you and what is your story?" His tail flicked behind him. He growled at it. He was not going to get use to this.
 
Cleo smiled back. "I'm Cleo Bennett, and... I guess I'm dreaming," she giggled at the that, he should already know that. "Though the last thing I remember is getting a shot, guess I passed out." Cleo shrugged.


Now that she noticed it, her tail was becoming annoying. She wondered if she should just tie it around her waist like they did on Dragon Ball Z. Was it long enough? Cleo grabbed her tail to size it up. "Hey, would any of you happen to have a mirror? I want to see what I look like." she asked looking from Ace to the girl, who's name she didn't know. "Oh, and I didn't catch your name."
 
Antoinette shrugged, "I guess I'm the only human..." She suggested but something inside her knew that was a lie. Her mind felt like it was split in half, one of her old self and one of her right now. She closed her eyes for a moment and sighed, "Um...I'm Antoinette...let me see if I have a mirror..." She checked herself but there was no place for her to have a mirror. No pockets or a purse. Just a dress.


"I think...we should get going..." She told them. Feeling something...but not sure what.
 
Ezra groans softly, rolling over to what she thought was the other side of her bed, only to feel grass tickle at her nose. She jumps up quickly, her head slamming into a branch that was above her head. She squeals, her hands flying to the back of her head, as she rubs at the newly made knot. After as moment, she looks up in confusion, her surroundings now a forest rather than the deep purple of her room walls. She glances down at her wrist quickly, sighing a breath of relief as she notices she at least still has her watch. As she takes a closer look, she realizes it isn't moving, her eyes widen as she feels a sick feeling rise up in her stomach. "My watch!? Not working! No, no, no! This cannot happen!?" She quickly jumps to her feet, as something floppy and furry falls into her eyes. She squeals again, throwing herself backwards, as she slams into the tree once more. Letting another soft groan pass her lips, she reaches out to touch the ears that cover here eyes. She tugs at them, letting out another soft squeak as a pain shoots through her head. Sucking in a breath, she lays down again, curling into a ball. She sighs, letting a soft sob loose, she lays there crying to herself.

In the deep reaches of the forest there was loud trotting of a large beast heading their way. Antoinette's eyes widened, her heart skipping a beat. She knew not of what was coming, but she did know it would be a blood bath if they stayed where they were.


"Run!" She cried.


With one quick turn of her heel she began to run. Run and run.


The trotting became louder and louder. The closer the beast came the more trees fell to clear a path.


Antoinette did not want to stick around to see this. She kept a steady pace until she tripped over a curled up sobbing body and got a mouth full of dirt. She coughed and wiped her mouth and looked to see what she tripped over.


"This isn't a time to be crying unless you want to die!"
 
Ezra feels something hit her in the back, she winces in pain for a second.


She looks up at the strange girl in surprise, as she sits up slowly, wiping the tears from her face.


She looks around confused, as her ears droop in her face. Sniffling slightly, she whispers, "Wh-where am I?"


Pulling her knees to her chest, she looks up with a tear streaked face as she waits for an answer.
 
one of max's long fluffy ears twitched slightly at the sound of talking. "Oh more dream people.....time to go socialize" He said with a smirk, before he began to hop in the direction of the talking. "little bunny max hopping through the forest, scooping up the field mice, and bopping them on the head" Max continued to sing and hop, his voice loud in free, before he finally broke through the bushes to join the group of talking people. "I have arrived!" He said with one finally hop, before spreading his arms wide, with jazz hands.
 
"You're in a forest, but come on...take my hand!" Antoinette told the girl before her, extending her hand for her to grab. Antoinette gave a worried smile, hoping to make things a bit better, but she was startled when she saw another rabbit cross jump through the trees. Her smile diminished at the ignorance this guy was portraying.


"Ugh, you do realize your life is in danger!?" She asked him.


There was a loud, deep roar from the trees and birds flew out in fear.
 
Ezra glances up at her, staring awkwardly at her hand. She shakes her head, and pulls herself to her feet. She squeaks softly as she turns, seeing a male pop out of the bushes, her eyes widen as she notices the Rabbit ears on his head. Reaching up, she feels at her own odd new feature, taking a moment to observe them. As she trails off into her own thoughts, she suddenly jumps, hearing a deep roar erupt from the trees.


She looks in the direction of the loud, intimidating sound. Scrambling to stand beside the strang new girl, she tugs at her arm. "What is it?" Her eyes wide with fear.
 
Antoinette looks towards the trees taking a deep breath, "Minotaur..." She mumbled as the beast knocked down the trees right in front of them, roaring with rage. It's nostrils blew thick fog and it's breath smelled of death. It's eyes were as cold as the night and the fear it sent through Antoinette's body was horrifying.


"Come on...let's go!" Antoinette screamed, grabbing Ezra and running through the forest, trying not to get her face smacked with branches. She looked behind her wandering if the other person was able to make it but the minotaur kept a close pace so there was no time to worry about him.
 
The hair's on Cleo's ears and tail stood on end. She saw the trees break and felt the ground shake. Cleo turned to Ace, eyes wide. "We should run," she said. Fear dripping from her words. Turning on her heals Cleo started running as fast as she could. She did not want to see what waited for her if she stopped.
 
Max tilted his head slightly "Danger? this is obviously a dream" he said with a roll of his eyes. He jumped slightly when a deep feral roar reached his ears. 'That sounded way to real' He thought with a look in the direction of the previously heard sound. Max glanced over at the stranger, once the mumbled words reached his ears. "mino...." He was cut off from speaking as trees began to fall, and a great beast emerged from the thick fog. His eyes widened and it felt like the the breath had been knocked from his lungs.


Max felt frozen with fear 'Dreams aren't supposed to feel this real' he thought, as he gazed up at the giant, deadly looking beast. It seemed like time had been kicked into gear, and as soon as the others began to run, he didn't even think about it and followed right behind them. 'dream or no dream, i'm not staying to find out' He thought in a panic, as he pushed his legs faster and faster. It felt as if the beast was right on his heels, ready to tear him apart.
 
"HEY THERE!" Lucas came out of now where [seemingly, I mean they are in a forest. He came from the trees. Or something.] and kicked Max hard in the face, causing Lucas's hat to fall off. He smiled. "This isn't a dream you dim wit."
 
(( *facepalm at Lucas* o3o that was so short...))


Antoinette heard commotion behind her, she debated whether or not to turn back until finally she decided to do something stupid. "Listen...keep running, don't stop, I will find you!" She told the rabbit girl before turning around and running back. The Minotaur was a bit lost at how the people he was chasing spread out through the forest. There was some time for them to think.


"Hey! W-What are you doing!?" Antoinette snapped at the person who had kicked the other guy in the face. "I don't think that's very smart right now!" She hissed.
